Holiday rentals with a home theatre in 10th arrondissement

The location was perfect. It was our favorite area in the city with a wonderful neighborhood feel. It was easy to access the rest of the city from this location. We would stay here again when we come back to Paris.

We had a wonderful 4-day family stay at this Paris apartment. The location was convenient — just 25 to 30 minutes from all the major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city each day. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious enough for our family and felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to public transport, shops, and bakeries. The hosts were helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other families visiting Paris!

Sehr charmante Unterkunft, man merkt, dass der Host sich viele Gedanken gemacht hat. Tolle Lage, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles, was man braucht, ist da. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Söhnen (10 Jahre) dort und die Wohnung ist auch für eine Woche für 4 Personen ausreichend. Das riesige Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem, das Schlafsofa ist von sehr guter Qualität und auch für Erwachsene sehr bequem. Schönes Badezimmer mit einer tollen Dusche. Gute Nachbarschaft, direkt ein paar Meter weiter Supermärkte, Bäckereien und eine riesige Auswahl an Restaurants. Man kann sehr viel von dort zu Fuß erreichen, die Metro ist nicht mal 10 Minuten entfernt. Virgile ist ein supernetter, hilfsbereiter Host, ich kann die Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen ☺️

Abbiamo trascorso la settimana di fine anno in questo bilocale adatto al soggiorno di due persone. Situato vicino alle stazioni Metro "Strasbourg" e "Bonne Nouvelle" da cui è facile raggiungere ogni angolo di Parigi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono piccoli locali per mangiare e bere sia di giorno sia di sera, poichè la cucina non permette di cucinare in modo soddisfacente per noi italiani ed è mancante della macchina per caffè visibile nelle foto. Il letto alla francese è comodo e confortevole. Buona disponibilità di spazio nell'armadio. Bagno dotato di doccia con tenda; unica pecca l'altezza del lavabo molto alta per poter ospitare sotto la lavatrice. Il proprietario ha comunicato con noi in tempi rapidi rispondendo alle richieste e fornendoci suggerimenti per la gestione delle dotazioni (riscaldamento e cucina). Si tratta di un buon alloggio per turisti che vivono poco la casa e ci stanno solo per il pernottamento e poco più.

Booked fairly last minute for a trip so wasn't expecting to get somewhere so great for the money we paid. The location is brilliant, a great area for just wandering around and finding restaurants and bars, close to the metro and some attractions. Clementine was a brilliant host, really responsive and helped us out with everything we requested, the apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and just a really great place to spend a few days at. Can't recommend it enough, I'm sure we'll be back! 10/10

Joli sejour dans le quartier du canal de l'Ourcq ! Nous avons bien profité du quartier de La Vilette avec nos enfants et super journée au parc des Buttes Chaumont. Lieu vivant avec ses bars et ses restaurants dans un magnifique cadre de vie ! Aucun bruit dans l'appartement qui se trouve en fond de cours. Bonne literie. Romain a été réactif dans notre communication. On recommande !

Matthieu was a lovely host. He was very welcoming and super helpful upon arrival to the Airbnb. He gave lovely recommendations in Paris as well. The Airbnb is perfectly located near the metro and easily walkable to Le Marais. The space looks exactly as pictured in the photos. The space is beautifully naturally lit, comforting and a nice relaxing space to rest after a long day of exploring around the city. I really enjoyed my time staying at Matthieu’s Airbnb and if I had any questions at all, he responded very quickly! When I return to Paris, I will definitely be staying again at this Airbnb 😊

Loved our stay at Chanjuan's place. Apartment was very cute and had everything we needed. Pretty much half way between 2 metro stations so easy to get anywhere you need in the city. Plenty hot water and lovely to have two big windows. Chanjuan gave lots of good recommendations too!

Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin.Le logement était agréable. J'aurais apprécié avoir quelques serviettes supplémentaires pour les cheveux, mais sinon tout s'est très bien passé !

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

We loved our stay with Olga! She greeted all of our party as we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were travelling with our 8 month old and she had organised a cot, highchair and toys which we were not expecting! The apartment was lovely, had all the amenities we needed with a local supermarket and a couple of delicious bakeries nearby. Local transport was walking distance and took about 30-45mins to get to most of the main attractions. Olga was extremely helpful and assisted us with our itinerary and travel plans. We can’t wait to go back!

Rien ne manque dans ce charmant pavillon. Spacieux, aménagé avec goût, il peut accueillir une famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, plutôt proche de la gare (5 mn en voiture ou 1/4h en bus), on trouve facilement une place de parking à proximité. Merci à Pierre, propriétaire attentif et réactif à nos sollicitations. On recommande cette location.

Super clean place with everything you could ever need. Patrick was so nice and went above and beyond to give us all we needed. You can cook here, there was a hairdryer and even a curling iron, which is amazing when you're coming from the US with different plugs. Its a 15 min walk to the metro, but still way better than a far more expensive hotel that you cant cook at. Highly recommend it.

Had a fantastic stay at Emma’s! Close to three metro stops and bus stops and in a great neighborhood. Place had everything we needed and was a great place to stay for our trip to Paris!!!

Stan fut très réactif avant pendant et après notre séjour Appartement très propre Proche des transports ( RER À ou BUS ) et facile d’accès Petit commerce à proximité ( Intermarché etc.) Je le recommande vivement Très bon rapport qualité prix proposé

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement typiquement parisien de Michael. Situé au pied de Montmartre, à 2min du métro et d’un Monoprix, il est très bien équipé et la literie est bonne. Merci pour la bouteille de vin et toutes les petites attentions ! On recommande !

We, my boyfriend and I, enjoyed our stay at Elies‘ place a lot. It’s more than a place to sleep — it was a way to belong in Paris, even if just for couple of days. We liked the interior a lot, felt very french and artsy. It looked like on the pictures. It was super clean. Some 6-7 minutes walk to the underground station Gambetta. We were also at the café downstairs several times during the day and in the evening and felt very local and enjoyed the nice vibes. Thank you for being part of this nice Paris experience.
