Sehr schöne Unterkunft, nette Gastgeberin, tolle und ruhige Lage. Check-in und /-out total unkompliziert. Alles super!

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Laurent has truly been a great host. A real friendly person who will make sure that you have the most comfortable stay at his property. During my time at his place, the weather was very hot, Laurent’s first thought was to ask if I would like a fan to which a graciously accepted. He and his family are very warm and friendly people and would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Paris.

We had a lovely experience at Antoine’s place in Paris! It was located near several restaurants and bakeries yet very quiet. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and the children’s bedroom was perfect for our toddler - she could spend all day playing there. Antoine was very responsive during our stay as well. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Clement’s gorgeous apartment and immediately talked about coming back as we started our drive home. The apartment is beautiful, sitting on a quiet tree lined street right around the corner from a bustling hub of restaurants, wine bars and parks. We enjoyed our days checking out some of the recommendations from Clement and visiting record stores. The space itself is everything you need and more with a movie projector and well appointed kitchen making for nice nights in. Can’t recommend enough! Merci Clement!

Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten das große Glück, in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung übernachten zu dürfen – das war eine unserer besten Airbnb-Erfahrungen. Das Interior Design ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht und ausgesprochen stilvoll. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und strahlt gleichzeitig eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre aus. Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf, der schöne Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein – ob mit einer morgendlichen Tasse Kaffee in der Sonne oder mit einem Glas Wein am Abend. Die Lage ist hervorragend – zentral, aber ruhig, mit allem, was man braucht, in direkter Nähe. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Gastgeberin: äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Kurz gesagt: Diese Wohnung ist ein echtes Juwel. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Had an amazing time at Amanda's place! This was our first time staying in and exploring the 11th and it was full of surprises with amazing eateries, wine bars, and cafes. It was so nice to come back to a spacious place in Paris!

Hele fijne en grote ruimte, mooi ingericht en rustig door de binnenplaats. Heel prettige communicatie met Frédéric. En super dat hij veel tips voor restaurants en bezoenswaardigheden geeft. Tip: huur fietsen bij café Le Peloton (neem de telefoonhouder erbij en vraag om fietsverlichting).

Very stylish and super clean apt. Thoughtfully curated and well designed one bedroom. Area is convenient to all that Marais has to offer, street is fine. Much better than a hotel, so nice to have a place to sit outside your bedroom and have a drink at nite and coffee in the morning. Bra always got right back to us.

Maria and Thibaud’s home is an excellent choice for a few days in Paris. It's conveniently located, the apartment is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. Maria's service and prompt response are excellent; she's always available and gave us great advice and tips. We'll definitely be happy to return. Thank you!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet airbnb. L'appartement est spacieux et très charmant, avec parquet, moulures et cheminée. Il est idéalement situé dans le 11ème arrondissement, juste à côté de la station de métro Voltaire, dans un quartier vivant avec moult cafés, pâtisseries et restaurants. La chambre est située côté cour, ce qui offre un cadre paisible pour bien dormir. Christophe est très sympathique et m'a accueilli en personne. Je le remercie pour sa flexibilité et ses indications claires et anticipées. Je recommande vivement cet airbnb et aurais grand plaisir à y séjourner à nouveau, merci !

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

My mum and I had a fabulous stay at Christine’s Airbnb in Paris. It was beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic area with many cafes restaurants and bars. Christine’s apartment had everything you could possibly want for, and we felt right at home. Christine was a lovely friendly host and showed us everything we needed to know. We hope to stay longer next time!

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e ordinato, con una cucina molto funzionale. Era disponibile anche del te, caffè per un benvenuto. E' presente un piccolo giardino ed un portico dove ci si può sedere per un piacevole relax. Situato nel quartiere del Marais vicino a ristoranti, supermarket e fermate di autobus e Metro. Eric è stato molto ospitale accogliendoci ed illustrandoci esternamente i siti più importanti e all'interno dettagliatamente tutta la casa. L'unico neo il bagno che non ha nè finestre e nè un aspiratore efficace. Grazie per la bella esperienza.

I had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place. Small but efficient. Always had my breakfast at home. It was wonderful to have the balcony and the wonderful view of Paris and many landmarks as well. Getting to and from the apartment on foot or using metro was very easy. Vincent was very communicative and welcoming. A friend of his welcomed me on my arrival and showed me around the apartment. I was very comfortable and felt safe. I certainly would return to Vincent’s place when I return to Paris.😁❤️ I felt at home and relaxed. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Très bon sejour dans un appartement un peu bruyant (mais c’est souvent le cas à Paris). Seul bémol : la douche est probablement à rénover. Communication très facile et logement spacieux. Proche métro.

Marie was a fantastic host from the beginning to end of our stay. The Airbnb was clean, well-located (short walk to the metro with good restaurants/bars nearby), and exactly as described. Marie was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host; she initially offered to let us drop our bags off early and then offered us early check-in when the apartment was ready before check-in time. When we needed to print train tickets during our stay, she gave us very helpful directions to multiple printing shops nearby. We would certainly stay at Marie's apartment again! The only downside to this rental was the construction/scaffolding in the courtyard (which you have to walk under to access the apartment) and the associated noise during the day; however, Marie did warn us about this before our arrival.
