I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! Laetitia's welcome was very warm and attentive. The place was impeccably clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, with lots of shops and attractions nearby. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make our experience enjoyable and cozy. Laetitia was an exceptional host, always responsive and willing to help us with great kindness. Highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

We loved the apartment! It was clean, spacious and in the perfect location for the metro. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a second bedroom downstairs! ◡̈

Great location I. The middle of St Germaine area and quiet! Couldn't ask for a better location

This apartment was secure, sunny, and sound proof! It is extremely well located as it is steps from Notre-Dame and there is a métro station nearby. It was easy to pick up the keys and we were graciously shown how to access the place. The place is spacious; there are three bedrooms, two showers and one toilet. The living room, kitchen and dining room are an open air concept. We maneuvered the tiny staircase as we had small suitcases. Even though the outside temperatures were pleasant, it was very nice to have AC. I was able to turn the unit on at night to fight my seasonal allergies.

Emma's Place was fantastic. Our family of Grandparents Parents and two grandchildren really enjoyed the space and locality It was near enough to all the tourist sites but far enough away from the crowds. A true sense of Paris could be fund in the streets around Emma' place Highly recommended

Remí offers a very stylish accommodation with everything your heart desires. You immediately fill up. Remí's information was extraordinarily detailed. The communication was very friendly and accommodating. The location is great, as you can walk very quickly to the RER/ metro station. I can recommend the place without hesitation. We stayed at Mina's place long-term and absolutely loved the apartment. First of all, it's located in a peaceful town close to Paris, where we always felt safe; and in proximity to Auchan, which is a great advantage. The studio itself is very functional and well-thought, decorated in a very aesthetic way, which we appreciated a lot. It has all facilities needed for a comfortable long-term living for a couple: there are multiple places to store belongings, a very comfortable bed, a big bathroom with mirrors, a smart TV, and a big kitchen, which was a great advantage for us because we love to cook a lot. The only downside was that the dishwasher was broken, and the hot water is limited, which requires you to economize water, but it didn't affect the quality of our stay. Mina and her son Nadim were always friendly, responsive and helpful anytime minor issues or inquires occurred. We are very thankful to their kindness and hospitality and would definitely like to come back. Thank you!

A really good stay here during Olympics. Quiet surroundings with a short connection to the centre of Paris. Claire was really communicative and quickly helpful with minor questions we had.

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

In addition to the listing being as described in the listing, Amandio and his wife were exceptional with us. They helped us with everything during our stay. If it weren't for them, our trip would have been compromised because of the strike in Paris. My family and I are so grateful for everything.

Everything was very nice. We were as comfortable as our own home. It was very valuable to have a separate entrance and to be alone. We reached the city center in 40 minutes. There is almost no walking between transfers. It was very good in every way.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

I had a lovely stay! The studio was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed. It’s located in a peaceful neighbourhood, just a short walk from the RER E station, which made getting to Paris quick and easy. The host, Sylvie, was incredibly kind and attentive. She checked in regularly to see if I needed anything and was always available to answer any questions. Her thoughtful communication really made a difference and helped me feel completely at ease throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place with great access to the city and a truly caring host, this is it. I’d absolutely stay here again!

i had a pleasant stay in Malika's apartment! The location was perfect, close to public transport. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The place is very quiet with beautiful views of the Seine. In addition, Malika was very welcoming and available for any question. I would highly recommend this rental.

i go back for the second time and I'm not on it, everything was clean and there is everything you need to clean, cook etc. I will always recommend it! and the residence is very quiet and close to the train station

We had a great time in the apartment. There were both, a washing and dryer machine which were very helpful since it was raining during our stay. The apartment was spacious which was great for our group of 6. The looks from the window were not the best and the location was not what you would think of when you think of Paris but once you get outside, you will be immerse in what Paris truly is, a mix of cultures and various classes of people. There were so many restaurants and bakeries around that we wish our stay was longer. Walking distance from public transport and various supermarkets. We walked around at night and we fell safe all the time. We are the types of travelers who enjoy authentic experiences and like to stay in places that resemble what the city is all about and we got this with this stay. We did not have to reach out to Sophie because we didn’t need to. Everything was clear and our stay was perfect.

Wonderful, well-lit, modern, well decorated apartment, stunning views of Tower and the Seine River! Kitchen with all the utensils, everything perfect. Highly recommended! Gratitude!
