Great studio, had a lovely stay.

Very cozy apartment. Nicely decorated with art and practically furnished. We have experienced our stay pleasantly and comfortably. The location was close to several metro stations. There was also plenty to do in the neighborhood. We were happy with the list of recommendations; the bakery and the fish restaurant were both delicious! I would definitely recommend this apartment at this location!

We stayed 12 nights at Laurent’s place. The apartment is super clean, has everything you may need, an extremely comfortable king size bed, a great shower, and a superb location. There are 3 metro lines, lots of buses, but you can also walk along the canal, down to the Seine, and be in central Paris in less than a half hour. Lots of cafe and restaurants close by. Laurent left very detailed explanations on how to use the appliances in the apartment, and sent us videos to explain how to check in which made that process really easy. We appreciated the champagne and chocolates we found upon arrival. Laurent sent texts during our stay to make sure everything was going well, and even offering help to order a taxi to the airport. Do not hesitate to book this place! A+++

Great new apartment. We were couple, in June, for three nights. The place is well decorated, new and clean. The apartment is located in a central location. There are several metro stations nearby. Bottom line, highly recommended

What a fantastic host and property- the location was excellent, the 14th truly is a village within Paris. Beatrice was so helpful and her little apartment was the perfect base for us as we enjoyed Paris.

Ruben was very kind and responsive. He made sure to accommodate our every need. The location was amazing, could get everywhere with public transport.

The flat is great and spacious. It includes a desk with a good chair (really useful if you are working). It also has a balcony which is enjoyable. Because of the localisation of the place I was worried aboutvibrations and noise, I should not have been, the place is really quiet and well isolated. I got a little confuse on how I was supposed to get in, but there was simply a lockbox with a key. Overall I had a great stay and would stay there again.

Clara is a caring host and always available! The apartment is bright, clean, quiet, very pleasant to live in and in a lively neighborhood where there are all the amenities. Regarding the host: Mathieu will be very responsive, concerned about your well-being and quick to give any advice you want! Regarding the accommodation: it is in the image of the host and it is even better than in the photos, everything necessary is provided (and for us ladies, even the hair dryer)! The sofa bed is very comfortable, the apartment is very bright, the building is very quiet and very clean, the incredible view and the sun will make your evenings very sweet! Rarely seen a home that lives up to its promises to this extent! Bonus: you will have slippers (men's and women's sizes) upon arrival! Everything is done to make your stay perfect and peaceful! It's clean, it's beautiful, it's clear, it's functional, it's perfect! This is the apartment I will recommend to everyone, to any couple (maybe less to families), as a Parisian, the cocoon I would like to have! Go ahead and close your eyes, before I steal it from you ;)!

The apartment is the perfect place if you're on a trip in Paris. It's located in a quite neighborhood and you feel directly at home. Like others already stated, also we found some baguette and croissants from the really good bakery just across the street as a welcome gift, which is absolutely nice and tasted so good! In just a few minutes walking you find everything you need - a supermarket, bakeries, little restaurants and bistrots and also a bus and métro station that get you around really easily. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended! :)

I can honestly say that this is the loveliest Airbnb experiences we have ever had. Alex’ place is beautifully designed and appointed, and Alex himself is an excellent host and great communicator. We had a lovely time and and look forward to returning some day.

We had a great time in the beautiful apartment. We met Mathieu on time. Everything was perfect for us, we loved the apartment, it was bright and clean. Bus and Metro stations close by.The beds were comfortable and the communication was helpful and quick with Mathieu. We would come here anytime again. Highly recommended.

My colleague and I felt very comfortable in this cozy, aesthetically appealing apartment. Everything was clean and welcoming. On top of that, it is in a very hip neighborhood of Paris. Highly recommend the apartment for a short city trip!

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

Great accommodation, very clean, host very available by message, I highly recommend. Very interesting schedule that allows us to enjoy the apartment and especially the jacuzzi made available to us 😁
