Staying at Florians was amazing. We felt like home from the get go. There is everything one could need for their stay and more. The communication leading up to the Trip, while there and afterwards was effortless and quick. We were four people, and eventhough it’s a small flat, it was more than enough room for a lovely few days in Paris. The Location was perfect to explore the City and there is public Transport and a lot of cute Bars, coffe Shops, boulangeries and Restaurants around. We can only recommend staying with Florian and would always come back and stay with him to explore more of the City.

Host was very helpful with recommendations to local shops. The apartment was convenient to local transportation , shops and restaurants. The local restaurants and bakeries very great ..The apartment was very spacious for our family of six. We highly recommend this property.

Place is better than the pictures. Back balcony is private, quiet and view of Eiffel Tower. Bed comfortable and spacious living area. Whole place comfortable and well appointed. Great host with many local recommendations. The best place I've stay in Paris by far. Also, the 14 arrondisement is a gem. Would definitely recommend and return.

Amazing place. Had all the necessities and very close to the metro station and easy to get around. Lots good food places nearby. The inside was well kept and clean. They had a washing machine and dryer wilhich was very handy.

Maria and Thibaud’s home is an excellent choice for a few days in Paris. It's conveniently located, the apartment is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. Emma's place is exactly as shown in the photos: simple, Q quiet, charming, with a lovely outdoor patio. The very beautiful Parc Montsouris is steps away. There are two cafes within a short walk for an easy meal or coffee. The train is around the corner for a 15 minute ride to Notre Dame. We had a very easy and comfortable stay.

The apartment was small but perfect for two people, just the right size for a comfortable stay without feeling cramped. It probably wouldn’t work for more than two guests, but since the listing is made for two, it was exactly what we expected. Pierre was an absolutely fantastic host. We asked him where to buy ice, and he thoughtfully let us know he’d already left ice trays in the freezer so we could make our own, super convenient! He also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, which really helped us enjoy the area. The location was super handy too, really close to a McDonald’s, which came in clutch for late-night snacks after long days out. Also, the fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks, including some cold Lipton tea, which was amazing to come home to on hot days. Pierre was always quick to respond, usually within minutes, definitely within an hour, and made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. We really appreciated how thoughtful and responsive he was.

Our family of three had an amazing experience at Sonia's apartment. In addition to Sonia being a helpful and responsive host, the layout was perfect, location unbeatable, and we had everything we needed to make our stay in Paris perfect. Every morning was spent at the bakery downstairs, followed up by a walk along the street to pick up fresh produce. Being walkable to the metro and RER made it very convenient to get anywhere in or outside of the city. We're looking forward to our next visit and can't wait to stay at the apartment again!

Our stay at Charlotte's place was really good. Everything was very clean and Charlotte replied quickly to any inquiries. The only missing thing was the AC.

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

We loved the fact that there were a metro station and a grocery store right besides the place. The street was a busy one, so you need to keep the windows shut for a better sleep. Otherwise, we loved that it is a newly renovated apartment and the place was super clean! We would recommend without hesitation.

The apartment was perfectly clean and very nice. It was as in pictures. In a quiet and safe area, close to public transportations. Angelo has been an excellent host, carefull and detailed in descriptions.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great spot in a quiet neighborhood in south Paris

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Very responsive and friendly host with a very nice accommodation

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
