Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 14th arrondissement

If I could give you 10 stars I would! We absolutely LOVED your place. What can I say… the View wow oh wow, sooo Beautiful! The Eiffel Tower was right there, I laid in bed and watched the gold lights at night. Then at midnight they would turn white/silver and blinked and sparked.. Amazing!!! Everything was close by. It was really nice that you had a washer/dryer combo. We had been traveling in Scotland and England and we were able to do 2 loads before we travel to Germany and Switzerland. I would definitely like to stay here again sometime. Before making the decision between a hotel or Airbnb I read so many reviews and was a little nerves. We were pleasantly surprised. New everything, great taste in the decor was spot on! I think you understood the assignment 🌷So if your like I was and apprehensive about booking… do it! Everything was amazing. Really loved the details like having an espresso machine , Netflix and air freshener this small details matters. I really loved staying in this apartment. Really recommend the apartment for sure!

Thomas was an incredibly proactive and understanding host, incredibly nice, and that can also be said for the wonderful apartment that is really worth its price. All in all - close to metro, extremely clean and the apartment having a clean ‘artsy’ vibe, the kitchen was amazing as well as the bed being incredibly comfortable!

The studio was simple, comfortable, clean and casual. I was traveling with my daughter and felt safe in this neighborhood. Very close to the Metro, Franprix, Thevenin bakery. Ulysse was friendly and laid back. We had a couple of questions that he answered quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful private apartment in the heart of the city! Extra luxury touches like a Sonos in the bedroom, heated bathroom floors, and electric blinds were awesome. Would stay here again.

A nice, quiet apartment walking distance to attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and Arch Di Triomphe. Easily accessible by metro too. Apartment was clean and tidy, perfect for one or two guests.

Very nice and large space, nicely decorated and quiet through the courtyard. Very pleasant communication with Frédéric. And great that he gives a lot of tips for restaurants and sights. Tip: rent bicycles at café Le Peloton (take the phone holder and ask for bicycle lighting).

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. It was a very nice clean accommodation with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. In addition, there are several shopping facilities nearby. The communication with the landlady was wonderful

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It is a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

We really loved this place! The view from the high floor was so amazing. You can have a really good view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was super clean. It had everything we needed. Laurence was also really friendly and super quick to reply. This was definitely my favorite stay in Paris, and I'd love to come back next time!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
