Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in 16th arrondissement

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

The host was incredibly helpful, we didn’t speak much French but their English is amazing and they made sure we felt at home and comfortable!

Rachida and her husband are always concerned about the well-being of the people who rent their home, which is very clean and well maintained. They communicate a lot and easily as needed while knowing how to maintain discretion throughout the stay.

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

You really can't go wrong with this place. You're a 5 min walk to the Metro, that takes you pretty much anywhere you want to go. A 15-20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Lots of bakeries and restaurants nearby. Virginie met us at check in and gave us a detailed breakdown of the apartment and where everything was, plus local recommendations. Just be careful if there are 2 adults sharing the space using both beds. If you're tall, you will likely bump your head if you're on the top bed, like I did several times. I would definitely stay here again.

All amazing! The location of the apartment is near to Trocadero so you are a few blocks of the Eiffel Tower. The department has all the things to have a lovely stayed there and also a balcony with a great view and sun. Thanks Nicky for the hospitality and the recommendations received for our stay in Paris

Very nice listing in a lovely location - in the middle of a busy park, the far side of which (10 min walk) has plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. Check in was smooth and easy. I got an early check in for a small charge and the communication with the host was easy; David and team are very responsive. The listing itself is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for a couple or single person.

Had a very nice stay. We stayed for a long weekend for the Beyoncé concert. The space was as described and very clean. The bed slept wonderfully and the bathroom was nice and large. All supplies were provided. The only disadvantage was that the space could get very hot. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not really be opened because of the mosquitoes. Fortunately, we did have a fan. The communication with the host was very pleasant and fast. All in all, had a very nice stay!

Great view of the Eiffel Tower! Wonderful restaurants below and easy to get a taxi right outside. The host was extremely flexible allowing an early check in to accommodate our arrival time and communicated check in and check out instructions. I would stay here again.

We spent three nights at Yves's place. The accommodation is conveniently located at the entrance of St Cloud. With the tram just below the building or the metro on the other side of the Pont de St Cloud, it's very easy to get around Paris. Access to the center of Saint Cloud is facilitated by an escalator in front of the building. The apartment is freshly renovated. It is well insulated and has all the modern equipment you can expect. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy for our arrival. If we have to stay in St Cloud soon we will book again with Yves without hesitation.

Words can’t describe the joy we felt upon arriving in this haven in Montmartre. To watch the sun go down and the Eiffel Tower come alive from one balcony and the sun rise behind the Sacre Coeur from the other honestly brought tears to my eyes. It was everything I had hoped for and more, in our long awaited trip to Paris. The decor is beautiful, tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we booked, the host, Laurent, became a friend. He was so incredibly kind and generous with information to make our holiday the best it could be. From the champagne he left us to enjoy, to the recommendations for local restaurants and helpful information we felt so lucky to have chosen his home for our holiday. Convenient to metro, RER, bus, supermarket, health food store, restaurants and all Montmartre and Paris has to offer. A million thanks, Laurent, Camille and Russell. Australia 🇦🇺

The neighborhood of the airbnb was far and away the most spectacular choice for our trip to Paris. It is not too far from the main attractions by metro, but it is nestled in a true Parisian neighborhood with bakeries and boutiques on every block. Alain was so kind to let us arrive hours early and take a nap after our long flight in- so rare and generous! We felt very safe and as a bonus the espresso machine was amazing. Would come back again and again!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Everything was perfect. First of all Mathieu was a great host he welcomed us and helped with the check in he also gave us amazing travelling tips. Place was very clean and ıt was on a very good location and beautiful neighbourhood. It was a great stay thank you for everything

Everything was perfect at Franck's. The place, the location… We came to see a match at Roland Garros and it was ideal. Our host was kind enough to wait until 1 a.m. to welcome us since we had worked all day and had come from Strasbourg. He is incredibly kind! I would recommned this property. And I'll keep the contact details safe for a future visit!
