Place was spacious and well equiped. Great location and it felt really safe. Really appreciated the washer and dryer given we are a family of five. Vincent was a very responsive and helpful host.

Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Perfekt für Paris mit einem kleinen Kind. Die Kommunikation war extrem nett und sehr gut. Die Tipps für Restaurants waren super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit zwei Jungs 11 und 14 unterwegs da. Es war super geräumig und toll ausgestattet. Schön dekoriert und sehr gemütlich. In der Umgebung gibt’s einige kleine Restaurants. Die Metro ist super schnell erreichbar. Wir waren sehr happy und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Stunning apartment, recently renovated historical space, adapted for contemporary living standards, with exposed brick texture on the walls, steel and wood structure elements. Tastefully designed interior, everything is brand new starting the furniture ending the kitchenware, bed linens and towels. The double height leaving space felt like urban townhouse with private garden facing quiet little park. Lots of light and very quiet. We were 4 guests: a couple + teen and a friend who stayed with us for 4 days. Feels very private, since bedrooms (each with attached bathroom unit) are distant from each other. Showers are spoiling, hot water with good pressure, hi-end facilities. Kitchen fully equipped with appliances of highest standard, beautiful cutlery and tableware, everything you need to cook a proper dinner. Location: walkable distance to 3 metro lines. Mind the inner spiral staircase if you have issues with climbing 3 levels of the apartment. We had a remarkable stay! TU Xavier!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

Julie’s place is amazing - thought out, very comfortable, very clean, nicely designed and really, really quiet. The bedding is very comfortable, the shower is very strong, warm and clean. The place is a bit away from the center but that’s the price you pay if you want to be in a peaceful place with a garden, which was always very nice to get back to after walks in the center. Julie was always very helpful, friendly and responsive. We would stay in this place again with great pleasure!

Ocean's apartment is very special, beautifully decorated and with lots of charm. We enjoyed our four days there.

First of all, I would like to thank Brothers Care. They answered all our questions very quickly and helped us with everything. The apartment is cozy, well located, close to all the necessary services. A bakery and a grocery store are just a block away, and there are numerous restaurants along the canal. There are also two metro stations nearby, which take you to almost all of Paris' famous attractions without changing. It's not a long walk anywhere either. The apartment is especially suitable for those who don't want to live in the middle of the tourist hustle and bustle, but appreciate the real Parisian atmosphere.

We loved our two week stay here. Super comfortable, quiet and very clean. Loved the neighbourhood. Nadir was a great host! Highly recommend this place.

The little "village" of Belleville is lovely, with every convenience (fresh vegetables, bread, pastries, pharmacy, basics in a supermarche, grilled chickens and kebabs) .... all with a few blocks. Camille's apartment inside the green gate with the courtyard below shut all the street noise out. The walk to the door was lined with sweet smelling flowers. The apartment is clean, stylish, small but it had everything, nice coffee machine and kitchen supplies, very nice bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. We had a great time.

L'appartement de Louise est tout à fait charmant, petit mais très fonctionnel, parfait pour un couple! Une vraie chambre avec un vrai lit est un plus, la salle de bain possède une grande douche et une fenêtre ! De plus, l'appartement est situé juste à côté de la bouche de métro ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Seul petit bémol (mais ça c'est une erreur de lecture de notre part) il est au 5ème étage sans ascenseur, et comme nous aimons beaucoup marcher dans Paris, le soir c'est un peu raide 😂 Louise est très prévenante, réactive et toutes les recommandations claires, elle a l'air adorable! 😊 Super séjour!

This is our first trip to Paris and we are glad we picked Samuel’s place, coming from US we heard a lot about the lack of AC in hotels and many Airbnbs in Paris, day of our arrival the temperature was in the middle 80s and the AC worked great to keep us cool in the apartment. Location of the apartment although a bit far from the major attractions they are only a couple metro rides away. There are good restaurants and bakery shops nearby, but they close a lot! Only downsides I can point out is we can hear street and neighbor noise quite clearly at night, so if you are light sleeper bring ear plugs, also I think a shower door can be added to prevent water from coming out. Overall, a great place!

Maria and Thibaud’s home is an excellent choice for a few days in Paris. It's conveniently located, the apartment is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. Maria's service and prompt response are excellent; she's always available and gave us great advice and tips. We'll definitely be happy to return. Thank you!

Paola’s exquisite apartment was everything I could have hoped for during our short stay in Paris - we would happily have stayed much longer than just a few nights if we had the time! It was immaculately styled with attention to detail everywhere you looked. It had the feel of a typical cosy Parisian apart, whilst also being more than spacious enough for two people. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby neighbourhoods of Belleville and Canal St Martin, and very easy to hop on the metro from too when needed. A beautiful, tranquil park is on your doorstep, and excellent bakeries, cafes and natural wine bars/restaurants within easy walking distance. Paola was an absolute pleasure to communicate with, and kindly even shared a few recommendations which made our stay the best it could be. I very much hope to stay here again next time I am in Paris - thank you Paola for having us stay at your gorgeous space, it was heaven!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sogar größer, als wir aufgrund der Bilder erwartet hatten. Wir haben mehrere Wohnungen mit kleinen Kindern besucht. Was diese Wohnung besonders gut macht, ist das alles vorhanden ist (von Küchengeräten bis zu Spielzeug). Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang von der Wohnung zur Metrostation. Es gibt auch mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe der Wohnung. Lauriane ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell. Insgesamt war es ein super Aufenthalt. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung für Familien, die Paris besuchen möchten.

Eine schöne geschmackvolle und gemütliche Wohnung mit einem chilligen Balkon in der 7. Etage, ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen. Alles sehr sauber. Gute Anbindung an verschiedene Metrolinien, ein Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Wir wurden von Alexandra freundlich in Empfang genommen und sie hat uns gute Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Christelles und Smails Wohnung. Die Nähe zu Paris war perfekt. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war man innerhalb 30 Minuten im Zentrum von Paris. Gerne wieder!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan's apartment. The view is absolutely stunning, with Sacré-Coeur just steps away - it really doesn't get more picturesque than this. The location is perfect for exploring Montmartre, and the apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

War 4 Tage mit meiner Tochter in Paris. Dafür ist die Wohnung perfekt. Sehr sauber und alles gut gepflegt. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants sind gleich fussläufig in der Nähe. Perfekt ist die Lage direkt am Park. Hier kann man einfach mal kurz durchatmen und entspannen. Einfach wunderschön! Die Kommunikation mit Hueges ist vorbildlich. Er antwortet immer schnell und freundlich. Top war auch seine Vorbereitung und Anweisungen bezüglich des Check-in und Check-outs. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, wenn wir wieder nur zu zweit in Paris sind.
