Kid-friendly holiday rentals in 1st arrondissement

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at! So calming, cool and stylish. And big! Everything is there, yet the space is so zen and quiet. Great pizza just a few steps away, a comfy bed and lovely couch to chill out on. In a very cute area of Paris with a street with lots of nice restaurants and a good deli. We will be back!

I had the most wonderful stay at Isabel's - my week went by far too quickly, and I already look forward to returning! Having lived in and visited Paris several times in recent years, I can say that Isabel's place was definitely a highlight and will absolutely be my top pick for future visits. Every aspect of the space is truly a dream and so inspiring. The apartment is ideally located, and I loved being able to experience the unique tranquility of this historic private avenue. Isabel was a delightful host, greeting me upon arrival, seeing me off for my early-morning departure (and booking my taxi), and communicating promptly throughout my stay, making me feel right at home and well-cared-for. Cannot recommend more highly and many thanks to Isabel for an unforgettable stay!

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

Ótima localização, anfitriã sempre respondia rapidamente, o espaço é exatamente como mostram as fotos. Agradeço o quiche deixado para nós no dia que chegamos, estava muito bom. Gostaria sugerir uma cortina naquela porta de vidro que fica no quarto, nos sentimos desconfortáveis com a falta de privacidade e com a claridade que entra , por isso improvisei um lençol para colocar.

This home was absolutely phenomenal and I would love to return. We have a young child and it was amazing to enjoy drinks on the terrace (or living area with the french doors open) and experience the night life while she slept. It felt like it was the center of so many excellent experiences - shopping, dining, landmarks, etc. It felt like an absolute treat. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even cooked a couple meals at home. There was a full sized fridge and separate washer/dryer units. For knowledge, we felt the primary bedroom was the front bedroom with a separated bathroom and the secondary bedroom was the back bedroom with the ensuite bathroom, but it was all very comfortable and we had no complaints. A fun surprise/luxury was being able to control every light the bedrooms from either side of the bed. Can't say enough good things about this home.

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

What a wonderful experience! This studio apartment exceeded my expectations. It's clear a lot of thought went into making this space both stylish and highly functional. Also in a fantastic trendy area.

Anne’s place was absolutely perfect in every way— excellent location, beautiful, well-kept and personal apartment. Anne and Antoine were very responsive, friendly and kind. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. I would happily stay here again in future and hope to do so. Thank you Antoine, much obliged. Until next time

We loved our week long stay at Gauthier’s place. The apartment was perfect for two, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Even in the summer on the 5th floor we stayed cool with the breeze and fan. The apartment faces a courtyard so there was no street noise and it was very quiet. It was lovely to stay in the 10th arrondissement where it was only a quick metro ride away from “touristy” areas. There were many bars, cafes, shops and bakeries very close including our favorite Mamiche. The line for their amazing baked goods was out the door always but so worth the wait. I would stay here again without any hesitation. Thank you Gauthier for sharing your home with us.

Alban was very responsive, friendly and offered helpful tips. His English is very good so it was easy to communicate with him. Initially, we found the lock a bit tricky, so be sure to test it out first. It is located up one flight of stairs, but Alban was more than willing to help carry our bags up. It was clean, beds were comfortable, sitting area was nice with some cool decorations. The 1 bedroom had blackout drapes. The 2 other beds are in the living room. 2 full baths (1 with a very nice shower.) The location was great and felt safe, walking distance to The Louvre, Notre Dame, The Siene, and many cafes. Alban let me keep my luggage in the unit while I toured on the last day, and then he carried my bag downstairs, waited with me for the Uber, which couldn't find the place, so he ran with me around corner to get a taxi. Over and above! Merci, Alban! I recommend and would return.

Etienne's flat is beautiful and made me feel very welcomed. His moderne decor and great use of space felt very comfortable and warm. The view from the balconies were quintessentially Parisian and the tre chic Le Marais neighborhood is charming and full of boutiques and cafes. The location is perfect I will definitely be returning again. Albeit, it is a 5 floor walk-up to the flat, the beautiful interior of the stairs made the walk up and down quite remarkable. Love the timeless French architecture. You will love his apartment.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

I had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place. Small but efficient. Always had my breakfast at home. It was wonderful to have the balcony and the wonderful view of Paris and many landmarks as well. Getting to and from the apartment on foot or using metro was very easy. Vincent was very communicative and welcoming. A friend of his welcomed me on my arrival and showed me around the apartment. I was very comfortable and felt safe. I certainly would return to Vincent’s place when I return to Paris.😁❤️ I felt at home and relaxed. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

This is our second time staying in Christine’s apartment, it felt like coming home again! The apartment itself is light & airy, quite & centrally located to many touristy locations or just a short Metro ride away. The small kitchen has all the basics needed for short stays but you’re close to many fantastic cafes & coffee shops that you’ll likely not even use it like us. It was handy to whip up some nibble boxes for our picnics on the Seine though. Christine is lovely, very responsive & helpful. Highly recommend.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Marie was a great host, communicated well and gave excellent instructions in good time. The flat was perfect for a sightseeing base, good price and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others 🤩

We had a wonderful stay at Sophie’s house. The house is big, very clean, and had everything we needed. It’s in a perfect area, full of restaurants, so there’s always something to do. Even though the neighborhood is lively, the house is quiet and peaceful inside. You can also walk to all the main places in the city, which was very convenient. The host was great — friendly and always ready to help if we had any questions. She even let us check-in early and check-out later than the scheduled time. That made the whole experience even better. We really loved everything about this place and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
