Cumberland Street deluxe apartment No3

This place is brand new (completed July 2017) and recently listed Category 1 heritage building (nationally important) right in Dunedin's warehouse precinct. It is only a short walk to the Octagon. They are warm, well insulated and have everything you need for both a short or longer stay. The kitchen has an ash wood bench, induction hob and a pyrolytic oven. The decor is all natural with woolen carpets, duvet, quality cotton sheets and pillows. Also within the apartment is a small laundry.

A beautifully renovated 19th century heritage cottage right in the heart of Dunedin City, with all of the modern touches. Karaka Alpaca B&B Farmstay
