Holiday rentals with a patio in 3rd arrondissement

I did love that apartment really much: so spacious, private and fancy. All is clean, well maintained and decent. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the co-hosts are helpful and being always in touch. The location is on the hill but it's lovely surroundings

My wife and I highly recommend Sandra and Michel's apartment and will certainly be coming back if I we are lucky enough to return to Lyon in the future. Here's why: 1) The apartment is even nicer than we thought it would be. More spacious. Great AC. Super comfortable bed. Unbelievably quiet and peaceful. And that huge window that you see in the pictures bathes the entire apartment in the most beautiful sunlight. 2) The location is so much better than we realized! We knew very little about Lyon when we booked our stay, but after being there for 4 days, we were convinced that our little neighborhood was the best in Lyon thanks to the extraordinary views and gardens of the Basilica of Notre Dame de Fourvière, the close proximity to the ancient Roman theaters, and a lovely little neighborhood cafe. The only downside to the location is that all the shops are a 20-minute walk down (and then up!) a very steep hill. 3) Finally, Sandra and Michel were super helpful and responsive. The best!

Great accommodation, I enjoyed my stay and I recommend it! Just maybe the lack of a shutter for the bedroom is an area for improvement, but a sleep mask is enough to solve the problem!

Me and my children had a great stay, we didn't miss anything in the apartment, and responsive and caring hosts, I recommend it.

We booked a last minute booking with Robin and Brice and we were accommodated perfectly with speedy responses and great recommendations. The place was incredibly clean and a great price. It sits a 10min walk away along the river to the historic centre - perfect!

Check-in and stay instructions were clear. The apartment is well appointed and the layout is well thought out. There were two of us for the stay and the size of the apartment remains suitable. We felt safe in this building in a rather quiet neighborhood. It was very easy to get around the city by its ease of access (bus as metro). The host is responsive and does not hesitate to be available as needed. I highly recommend this place which was perfectly suited, while offering a price that remains interesting:)

Jenna was so accommodating fitting us in at the last minute and waiting for us to arrive late at night. We had a wonderful warm and attentive welcome with a fire waiting for us - much appreciated after a long day’s travels. Lovely touches like water by the beds and things out for breakfast. I’m sorry we were only stopping overnight as it was a beautiful area and looked great for exploring Lyon, whilst being lovely and peaceful . Would definitely recommend. The pool looked great for the summer too!

great and spacious house, quiet close to town.

We enjoyed our days in Marine's beautiful apartment in Rochetaillée-sur-Saône. Beautiful surroundings and perfect distance to Lyon. The atmosphere is fantastic. The architecture, the tasteful and original decor, decoration and choice of colors in the beautiful rooms is completely unique. Balm for the soul. We enjoy exploring good restaurants, as much as we love to shop locally and cook "at home" - so the apartment's real fully equipped kitchen was a special positive "gift". The direct access from the kitchen to the small cozy patio outside is beautiful and unobstructed - even though it is part of a common yard with private parking. The apartment, with its slightly steep floating stairs, is not suitable for small children, but the stairs help to give a fantastic framing of space, create beautiful perspectives and natural atmosphere changes from floor to floor. We are looking forward to returning as soon as we are back in France. Many thanks to Marine for her great hospitality.

Beautiful area, free easy access parking, comfortable furniture and beds, laundry, great backyard, the house has real charm, easy drive to surrounding attractions.

We spent 4 days in Rémi's loft with my family. It was perfect as it suited our needs exactly. The supermarket, the tramway stop and buses are also nearby. The loft is spacious and unique. Communication with Rémi was always very smooth and easy.

Very nice welcome, perfect accommodation for a quiet little weekend in the Lyon region. It has everything you need for a good stay.

Just spent three weeks at Cile's lovely and spacial apartment. It was as described and Cile was a very helpful host - explaining everything clearly to us and immediately attending to one small issue which we had. The apartment is a little out of Lyon centre, but an easy bus ride. The view of the river and having a great nearby boulangerie and fromagerie easily make up for that. It was really pleasant. As a group of four - we really appreciate that there was adequate seating in the living space and dining room and sufficient space in the fridge and kitchen for us to cook when we wanted. It was also great to have the toilet separate to the bathroom. We did find it a little awkward to walk through the main bedroom to the bathroom - this wouldn't be a problem with family however. To be fair, I think this detail might have been lost in translation from French to the English in the website description. Would definitely recommend Cile's apartment

The room is very clean and the host Andrea is wonderful, very nice, in an apartment that lacks nothing. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Croix-Rousse. As described. Rebecca explained the operation to us very well and as no one was expected after us she was flexible for the checkout (even if we didn't need it) I recommend

Easy to find, clear instructions, clean and quiet. A shower curtain would be welcome. We are delighted with our stay at Sandrine and Sébastien's.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is exactly as described, well furnished and very quiet. We were even allowed to use the barbecue in the large garden. The communication with Judith was great. She was very helpful and always responded immediately. We will be happy to come back!
