Fabulous little apartment in the heart of Montmartre. We had a lovely stay, exploring Paris. It was also quite special for us that this was somebody’s home as opposed to a cookie cutter IKEA decorated soulless apartment like so many other Air bnb are these days. We had a lovely meal at the cous cous restaurant opposite and I was particularly excited to have a gluten free croissant from the gluten free bakery a few minutes walk away. We would definitely return.

What a wonderful way to start a long stay in Paris. If I knew how great this home is, I would have asked to stay for more time. I was there for 6 nights. I say home because it was so comfortable and Delphine was extremely considerate and caring about my stay…plus a pleasure to communicate with. Having both a tub and shower was a treat…to have a soak after a long day of trekking the streets and museums. The furniture is very easy to melt into for morning coffee and evening reading. The king bed is comfortable and quality linens feel great. All the little luxuries not easily found in the city were here! I look forward to returning to Paris and hope this will be available when I do.

Caterina’s apartment was the perfect choice for our 5 day trip to Paris. Located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood with a grocery store, pharmacy and fabulous restaurant (Les Acolytes) a stone’s throw away, Caterina’s spacious apartment is the definition of charm. This warm and inviting space is filled with interesting art and personal touches that enhance the experience of a Paris holiday. The apartment was clean and secure, with a beautiful shared courtyard to enjoy. Caterina was prompt in her communication leading up to the booking, greeted us upon arrival and was available to answer any questions we had. Unlike many other accommodations in the city, this apartment is located on the first floor, with only one staircase to navigate and an elevator. It is also a short walk to a metro station. Overall, we had an excellent stay at Caterina’s apartment and would recommend it whole-heartedly to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Paris.

Mathieu is a super host, always very friendly and was attentive at all times, the instructions to get to the apartment were very accurate, and he also gave us recommendations to enjoy our trip more. We arrived earlier and had flexibility with the schedule. The location is excellent and there are plenty of options for restaurants, shops, cafes, and bakeries within walking distance. We loved staying there ☺️👍

I loved the location. Very safe. Outside the building there is lots of things to do. It is an area full of life. Children playing. Adults in their bikes and having a good time. Inside the building it is quiet and it is easy to get some rest. Easy to access Metro stations. Lots of bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. Francois was easily accessible and very helpful. The studio fits the description.

We loved our stay at Chloe’s, it was perfect for our small family. Beautiful light in the morning , all the amenities we needed. Privacy for us all with our own rooms. Location was excellent for us. We just loved it!

This place is unbelievable. If you want Paris views, this is the place to be. You can see the Eiffel, Arc and Montmartre from the flat! How can you beat waking up, opening your eyes and seeing the Eiffel tower! You’re equidistant, in terms of walking between the Tower and the Arc, so that was super convenient. The host was super responsive and accommodating, and really went out of their way to help. Really great experience!

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a semi-basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

Great stay at Eric's. The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. Very practical. and Eric is really nice. Thank you very much.

A big thank you to Yacine, loved the place, checking in was easy Yacine met us on arrival, all prior communication with Yacine was fast, great to have private parking. And Yacine was on hand if we needed anything, 5/10 minute walk to various restaurants, would definitely visit again.

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

We really loved the vibe of the apartment! It’s cool and artsy with great mirrors for selfies 😁 If you’re very picky about the cleanliness - it could be better. The area is cool and very lively, I recommend it if you like the city vibe and sightseeing. Not necessarily for relaxing 😅

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available to us around the clock for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. We highly recommend the place!

Vincent's apartment is a dream. Entering the condominium with its park and its rose bushes and plants and birds that sing is a wonderful experience. The apartment is perfect, it has all the amenities. The kitchen is great and you can cook quietly. The bathroom is very comfortable and the water is plentiful and hot. The bedroom is very nice and the bed is super comfortable. The neighbors are also very friendly. Vincent was extremely warm and friendly. Always offering to help us with whatever we needed. It is undoubtedly a wonderful place to make your stay in Paris perfect. It is close to many shops of all kinds and close to Metro and bus lines. Thank you Vincent for your warmth. Staying at your house was wonderful.

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.
