Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 5th arrondissement

Really attentive and proactive host, checking everything was OK during our stay- probably the best I've had on Airbnb - and clear instructions for checking in and out. Easy to access with a late arrival, as the keys are in a lock box. All exactly as per photos and very comfortable. Walkable in about 20 mins from main train station, if you are taking the airport bus and very close to the Old Port which we wanted. I would agree with someone else's comment about the 2nd bedroom loft space - you might need to be careful with the steps up for young children, same with elderly people but you can see the steps in the photos and you can easily swap bedrooms if you need. Definitely would stay here again, highly recommended.

Alice's apartment is a gem in the heart of Marseille. The location allows you to do a lot of things on foot and the subway is close by. The cleaning was impeccable. Alice will give you very good addresses to eat, have a drink and fully enjoy the beautiful city of Marseille. We recommend Alice's accommodation with our eyes closed and will be very happy to come back!

We had the most amazing week staying at Laurent's apartment. The property was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The local area has some great restaurants and bars within a walkable distance. The tram stops less than 10 minutes away and it is so easy to get to the Old Port, Le Panier and other attractions using the tram . We had the best time and are so sad to have to leave. We were received in a very friendly manner and felt right at home. Jean Mathieu and his wife gave us some tips for our stay. The apartment was clean and corresponded to the pictures. It is a good walk to the city center, but the residential area is nice and quiet. We especially liked the evenings on the terrace.

Anne was a very welcoming, caring and proactive host. There was a misunderstanding about the rented accommodation, but she offered us an advantageous solution, in the same place. The accommodation is of quality, very well located in Marseille, in a quiet and well-served residential neighborhood. The tips for discovering the city and the neighborhood are valuable.

Very comfortable, modern, very peaceful and quiet - but what stood out most was the incredible views, of the sea with homes and trees on a lovely slope, and the beauty and tranquility of the garden and pool area. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Anna’s place was great—the house is beautiful, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, walkable part of Marseille. The terrace and garden, with a pool, are lovely and perfect for relaxing. One thing to note: the neighbor’s dog occasionally came into the garden. While it was friendly, it’s a big dog that might not be ideal for guests who are uncomfortable around dogs.

We had a wonderful stay in Marseille. The apartment was very clean with everything you need. The garden is wonderful and ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. We would book the accommodation again and again.

Our stay with friends was perfect! Jonathan was very responsive in organizing our arrival and departure, with great flexibility on our schedules. He listens to our questions, and we feel that he is caring and wants you to have the best stay at his place. The house is located in a nice neighborhood with great restaurants nearby. It's accessible to go anywhere on foot! The house is in a nice setting, peaceful, far from the street, and it is decorated in a sober and pleasant way, with taste. The terrace is great! With a pool for swimming (no ladder to climb up, be careful!) and great outdoor furniture for chilling. Only negative points: a lot of woodlice (seasonal issue but Jonathan reacted with a product as soon as he was warned) and a smell of dampness (we ventilated).

Great location for visiting Cassis. The apartment is well laid out, well equipped and very pleasant for a stay for two. The only problem is the bell tower of the nearby church, which rings every hour even in the middle of the night and can annoy those who are not used to it and who like peace and quiet like us

It is perfect place to stay in Marseille, beautiful surroundings with beach nearby. Everything was clean. I would highlight the seating on balcony - very pleasant. There is bus station (10 minutes from apartment) from which you can go to the city centre.

Very sweet house. Everything you need is on site. Unfortunately, it is quite loud. Street and loud music is already very annoying in the long run. But overall it was great. Above all, the direct view of the sea ♥️

Very nice centrally located apartment with great amenities. Although the apartment is right by the ferry port, it is pleasantly quiet in the apartment. Bonus points for the very comfortable bed. Manuel was always available and welcomed us warmly :)
