Small studio, great location.

Small apartment ideally located in relation to places of interest such as the very lively Cours Julien district (5-minute walk), the old port (17-minute walk), Notre-Dame de la Garde (about 30 minutes) and Place Castellane (where buses leave for the Calanque de Sugiton and the beaches of Prado...)(5 minutes)... Metro lines 1 and 2 are 5 minutes away. Numerous restaurants and shops are a stone's throw away and there is a laundromat downstairs from the building. Warning: 5th floor without elevator!

Ideally located a few steps from Place Castellane, my apartment was fully renovated in 2022. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
