The spacious and quiet bedroom on the 2nd floor features a French-made luxuriously comfortable king size bed (180cm) complete with the finest feather and hypoallergenic (upon request) bedding, built in closet, oak chest of drawers and a full length floor mirror. The ultra contemporary ensuite bathroom is decorated in calming hues of gray and beige, has a rain shower, toilet, sink and a towel heater. On the first level a fully equipped kitchen/ living and dining area have been tastefully outfitted with a mixture of modern classics and unusual finds, offering the utmost in comfort in a cool and casual setting designed to make your stay in the City of Lights a very special one. A fan is provided, however, due to the the old thick stone walls the apartment stays rather cool even on the warmest of summer days. 2. The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

Bright and pleasant apartment, direct view of the Eiffel Tower. A double bedroom, 57 m2, ideal for a couple (back room not accessible because it is reserved for private use). Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Neighborhood with many restaurants around and metro 5 mins away. Very good quality Yamaha piano. I will be happy to offer my apartment to people who will be respectful of it. My apartment is not a hotel, it is an inhabited and lively place.

Very nice apartment, in the heart of Paris, facing the Eiffel Tower! Bright because located on the top floor (6th with elevator) on a very quiet street. Completely renovated in March 2020 with quality materials and furniture, well-equipped. And of course a very nice terrace to relax, have breakfast in the sun! And in the evening, come and enjoy a good bottle of wine while admiring the illuminated Eiffel Tower!
