Apartment holiday rentals in 9th arrondissement

Wonderful flat with superb views, really close to emblematic places in Montmartre, but at the same time really quiet, so it was possible to relax, rest and sleep peacefully. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you very much, Raphäel, for sharing your lovely home with us travellers :) We felt at home and would certainly repeat our stay!

Laurent’s place was beautiful and was exactly like the photos. He came to greet us, showed us around and gave us everything we needed. It’s in a perfect location of Paris and is very walkable to anything you’d need as well as right outside of Sacré-coeur. In this busy location it was still very quiet and peaceful inside. Perfect first visit in Paris would definitely stay here again.

Great spacious spot right accross Galerie Lafayette, very well decorated apartment. It has all you need for a great stay in Paris. Even though its a very affluent area, the apartment is quiet.

what a beautiful airbnb, would absolutely stay here again! great location as it’s walkable to montmarte, train station, notre dame, etc. we loved having espresso on the balcony every morning and the shower was so nice! spotlessly clean too

Very nice and large space, nicely decorated and quiet through the courtyard. Very pleasant communication with Frédéric. And great that he gives a lot of tips for restaurants and sights. Tip: rent bicycles at café Le Peloton (take the phone holder and ask for bicycle lighting).

It is definitely a place that is very worth staying, although it may seem small, the organization of things makes it really so, and the amount of things you can find in the accommodation, I loved it!!! I would definitely come back!!!

We had an amazing stay at Fiona’s lovely apartment in the heart of Montmatre. The apartment is super cute and was very clean. Fiona was an absolute gem, informing us about that to do in the neighborhood, always being reachable via phone and even allowing us to leave our luggage a few hours after check out. Definitely a 10/10! Would recommend!

We visit Paris often , and this apartment is one of the best ones!

We loved the location with so many places to walk to including great restaurants and shopping nearby. We walked to the Louvre and Norte Dame. The metro is also close. It felt very secure and it was helpful to get a quick demonstration on how to enter when we first arrived. Our hosts gave us great recommendations for restaurants. Fans and AC were helpful since it was a bit warm when we were here in Paris. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

Many thanks to Geraud for spending time in his apartment with a very pleasant french vibe! The living room with the kitchen is simply beautifully decorated, it really lifted my spirits in the mornings) There was everything necessary for the stay and Geraud was always in touch, kindly offered a late checkout🫶🏻 p.s. I recommend the nearby bakeries Mamiche and Leonie, for coffee Noir and Caoufé and the coolest smash burgers are in Dumbo!

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. I had a fantastic stay at Marie’s place in Paris! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos clean, comfortable, and beautifully styled. The location was ideal, close to public transportation, cafés, and key attractions, which made exploring the city super convenient. Marie was an excellent host very kind, responsive, and helpful with local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris. Merci, Marie!

Magnifique!! Enchanting, cozy, beautiful, comfortable, roomy French apt! It's the host's home, and the art and artistry of the artist, Alexandra, thrillingly enveloped us immediately. A lift and courtyard add to your perks. Set in the Marais, the apt is a half block from restaurants, shops, a lovely botanical park -- everything you need. Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Very responsive and friendly host with a very nice accommodation

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
