In the nearby area is the house of the writer Xosé Neira Vilas, the recreational area of "A Carixa", Balneario da Brea, Fervenza da Toxa ... and all this is 20 minutes from Santiago de Compostela.

The entire facade of the hall is glazed, so the feeling is that of being on a boat. It also has a fireplace and a large number of books to enjoy a relaxing read while looking at the sea. Watching the sea come and go to the last garden is an amazing spectacle. It has 3 gardens cared for by the hostess with great care and affection. The porch opens fully and connects directly onto the terrace and kitchen, allowing for outdoor barbecues.

Indoor penthouse rental (second floor without elevator) 50 meters from Saltiño beach and 200 meters from Barraña beach. Well, being under deck, I don't recommend it to very tall people. Renovated in June 2018, we changed false ceiling, windows, beds, and mattresses, and a little more renovation. We have 5 bikes to lend free of charge. For all bookings of more than 4 days we give them a sailboat trip on the estuary of Arousa.
