In our small 2-story house you can enjoy a kitchen-living room with a sofa in front of a beautiful fireplace, a bedroom with a large double bed, a fireplace, a bathroom and a balcony. You can also enjoy a beautiful garden on the banks of the river with a barbecue and a wood-burning oven where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner under a palloza and a sofa under a pergola. The house is located in the Sierra del Courel, one of the natural paradises of Galicia. Traditional house that retains the essence of yesteryear but with all amenities. Ideal for sightseeing or telecommuting. 10 min. from the center of Seoane where there is supermarket, bar, pharmacy or medical center. Located on the Rio Pequeno route and 20 minutes from the jewel of Courel, the Devesa da Rogueira. Next to the house you have a chestnut forest and very close to a limestone rock mountain (Taro Branco).

Located on the outskirts of the city, in a quiet area 5 minutes by car from the intermodal station and downtown; we have an urban bus stop in front of the accommodation. Allariz or Ribadavia are a 20-minute drive away, Ribeira Sacra is 45 minutes away; Vigo or Santiago are 1 hour away. It is distributed in a living room-kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom on the lower floor and a double bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor.
