Positives (for me)-: - Great location (next to bus stop), walking distance from ost interlaken, Main Street etc. - Good vibe- big open shared public spaces in the hostel, huge public garden (the biggest in interlaken?) in front of the hostel. - very basic but decent breakfast- flavoured yogurt with crunchy muesli, toast with jam, butter and cheese with an espresso and an orange juice - friendly staff - Nitin was better than a front office staff of a deluxe hotel in explaining how things work, where to go etc. - clean and tidy bathrooms, rooms etc. - fantastic view from room (best point for me) Negatives (for me)-: - Size of room, had to leave luggage in the lockers (provided free) and bring only basic stuff to room. - shared bathroom (I was the lucky one, my bathroom was just close enough to the room to be close also and not disturbing also due to noise). End of the day I knew all the negatives before hand since it’s clear on there page- it’s a hostel and not a hotel, Would recommend

The room is better than the description. The amenities are well worth a stay here if doing things in the area. I would highly recommend staying here and would do it again myself. The restaurant, yes pricey, but you get what you pay for - a phenomenal meal!

Very welcoming host! Restaurant serving quality local food! Good atmosphere and holiday atmosphere in the mountains! And what to say about the scenery! Beautiful views of the valleys around the cottage! I recommend it!

We had a great time with the family. The rooms are great and the dining space was a great success. Spacious space where to spend good time, stereo, games, etc... We've been super well!!

The apartment was perfect! Everything was clean, kitchen well equipped, beautiful view from windows, and the reception folks were phenomenal. We traveled as a family of 5 and had plenty of space. All in all, we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

The stay we liked super well. We were very well received by Yvonne, who showed us everything. You felt like paradise in this suite. The highlight was the hot tub, sauna, sauna, and steam room. Also the breakfast included in the price at the hotel next door the next morning was fine. We would definitely come back!

The stay was as described + constant communication throughout. Also included free public transport which was really convenient, getting around Bern. Excellent value for a clean and quiet place to stay!

Very nice location! Right in nature :) The kitchen is a little small. But the Redtaurant next door is a good alternative.

After 12hr driving from UK, the room was very well prepared, both my kids picked their sofa bed which has got comfy bed linens and pillows. Room has got splendid view in my life, peaceful lake and beautiful alps mountains just sitting there welcomes you. As the room is in a hotel, you don’t need to worry services. Any question hotel reception will answer any time. Kids love the play area and swimming pool, that’s what they need in deed. I think we will back to interlaken again and will stay in the same room without any questions.

Super nice and very tasteful decorated apartment. We felt very welcome there with a lovely host couple. The apartment was in a bigger complex with other beautiful apartments and a well kept garden and swimmingpool. Beautiful surroundings and location.

We immediately had a super nice contact, almost like old friends and we plan to come back next year at the latest. The apartment has a very high-quality furnishing style, the pool is a very nice size and the terrace can be enjoyed very well, as the surroundings are quiet. We felt very comfortable and also enjoyed an evening invitation to the aperitif with Nick and Patricia. We will probably miss breakfast by the pool on the terrace for a while.

All the staff together of the very dedicated director " Ms. Bittel " are very friendly and great hosts. The gastronomy in the internal Gault Millau Restaurant zur Alten Gasse is absolutely TOP and highly recommended. In the beautiful SPA area, you can really relax after skiing. We will be back.

We loved the lake view and the small hotel feel. The coffee shop and restaurant were an added bonus. Enjoyed our time and appreciated them letting us store our luggage after check out.

Nice place to leave. Self-checkin online is so convenient. And keys are automatically available on the phone! Great! Free mini bar has coke and water! Nice place!😇

The stay was very pleasant. Mark is very straightforward and always friendly. The apartment is very nice, clean and well furnished. The room is bright and very functionally furnished. The area is in a beautiful setting. Absolutely recommended!

Place was good and at walkable distance, it was clean and the bathroom is good. There is no door in the second bathroom which is next to the kitchen and the light was not working in one of the room.

We had a fantastic stay! Christine, Lukas, and the team were very welcoming and responsive. The circus wagon was cozy and unique, and the location was perfect right across from the cable car. We loved using the hot tub and the breakfast buffet was a great bonus. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Very nice contact, someone was always available. Breakfast was regional and very delicious. Our dog felt very comfortable. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful place with a view of beautiful mountains, many hiking opportunities. Toilet and sink available at the Alpstubli. Deliciously quiet and tastefully eaten Cornelia cooks for her guests, does everything to spoil the guests!!!

Simple, clean and functional accommodation and with everything you need - perfect for my short stay. Responsive and welcoming host.
