Ruhige, ländlicher Lage mit Bauernhöfen in der Nachbarschaft. The accommodation is situated in the basement of the house. New house built in 2018 with private access to the basement. The building is situated in a very calm area with farmers in the neighborhood. 5-10 min. walk to the grocery store.

We are in the countryside with beautiful views of the Pilatus chain. Very centrally located. Very nice for walking. Very close to nature. Public transport and shopping are nearby. We are set up for 4 adults. There is a bedroom for 2 people and a sofa bed for 2 people But a family with children are also welcome. We have a garden with seating and a playground. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
