Newly renovated basement apartment with private entrance; perfect for couples and singles! Here is spacious entrance hall, a lovely kitchen with oven, half hot plate with induction, fridge/freezer and regular kitchen items. Cozy living room with sofa bed and TV corner. Sleeping weather. with double bed (can be split in two), dresser and clothes rack. Swimming room. with shower and toilet. A small weather with a dining area. Tiles in wooden look in every room. We are a family of 4 upstairs which will occasionally be heard. Free parking on the road and in the driveway.

It is ultra centrally located (still quiet) & in a very nice and safe neighborhood (Frederiksbjerg)with a lot of cafés, specialty stores & flea-/green markets & parks. - Free bikes (2) to borrow, just let me know before you arrive - Double bed for 2 (160 cm), if more than 2 visitors it will be at a good air mattress in the living room.

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our spontaneous holiday in Denmark was a single dream! We are incredibly glad to have booked Kasper and Caroline's house. The house is spacious, was now nice and warm in March and we were very lucky with the weather. Everything is available and it was very clean. We didn't miss anything, only the fireplace was a little hard to use, we then left it. The location is mega. Beautifully located, very, very quiet and private. The view has delighted us every day anew, so much nature and views of the sea and the islands. In a few minutes (by car) you can reach a great beach with swimming opportunities and jetty. There are also many beaches and nature in the area that invite you to stay outside. A nice route leads to the interesting city of Aarhus in less than 30 minutes. We did a lot of excursions and were then happy to return to our "home" again. We will be back Communication with Kasper was easy, thank you!

Perfect spot for visiting Aarhus. Relaxed and quiet recreational zone outside the suburbs, new and superb guesthouse on the owners premise. Stylish decoration, comfortable beds, splendid kitchen. Take your shoes off inside. Green bicycle path along the river into the town centre and out into the surroundings. Hans Christian is a very kind, modest, flexibel and friendly host. All in all: better than our already high hopes.

We had a very nice stay in Aarhus. We loved the location in this quite modern part of Aarhus. There is lots to do with restaurants and cafes but also a lot of playgrounds and a perfect place for our son for riding his bike/step. Place is really clean. There is one bedroom (which we didn’t really check out properly) but our son’s bed just fitted near the bed. A water cooker would have made the place complete!

Nice apartment with space, light and air, very functional. Located on a pedestrian street, i.e. no traffic noise. A few happy people in the street at night, but good windows in the bedroom gave night rest anyway. Good bed. The kitchen equipment was very basic, not suitable for making larger meals. Jonas was kind and very flexible about check-in and check-out. I would stay there again
