Very friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. Good location only a minutes walk from the pyramid entrance. We felt safe and comfortable here. Good value for money with breakfast and drinks included.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! Ibrahim and his family are very kind and helpful. We felt at home. The food is AMAZING, it's truly homemade Egyptian flavors, absolutely recommended. We had several meals, and all of them were different every time. We tried camel for the first time, it was super delicious! Ibrahim was always asking if we needed anything. We had our meals on the top floor there was a very nice view of the pyramids. It has been a truly magical experience to be in Egypt and to be hosted and welcomed by these warm people. Thank you so much!

Such a beautiful view! Super spacious and clean! Mohamed was incredibly helpful at assisting with check in and answering any requests we had. This is a hot spot location and is close to many amazing restaurants and the famous square. It is a little noisy but hey that’s part of the fun of being in the middle of the buzzing vibrant city. Thanks again for the amazing hospitality

Lugar muy limpio. Aunque la fachada del edificio da una impresión diferente, la estadía es bastante linda. Las personas que atienden son muy amables y atentas. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas luego de check out sin valor adicional.

I had an amazing stay! The room was not only clean and comfortable, but the view of the Nile River was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to that every morning was such a treat. What truly made the experience even more special was the host. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. From great local tips to quick replies, I felt truly taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough—if you're looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning views and a host who genuinely cares, this is it!

If you want to live like a local, wake up to views of the Great Pyramids in Giza, walk to local markets, be a Cairean for a few days; Mahmoud's place is right for you. Mahmoud is an absolutely committed host, interested in making your stay comfortable, providing tips and helping plan your trip to Cairo the best anybody can. Mahmoud lives in the same apartment complex and is minutes away for any question or help needed. One evening we were treated to a 4 course home-cooked egyptian meal, which few restaurants serve or match in quality. Thanks very much to Mahmoud, our vacation to Cairo was made all that more pleasurable and memorable.

This lovely 2-bedroom flat in Cairo downtown, truly impressed me in every way. The location couldn't be better, Tahrir Square and Nile just a short walk away. The apartment itself is stylishly decorated, filled with sunlight, and extremely cozy. Everything inside from the furniture to the kitchen appliances is brand new and top quality. The air conditioning in every room worked flawlessly, keeping the space refreshingly cool even in the peak of summer. Both bedrooms felt like peaceful, private sanctuaries, with big windows that showcased breathtaking city views. The entire place was spotless, thoughtfully maintained, and stocked with everything needed for a hassle free and pleasant stay. Whether you're visiting Cairo for work, tourism, or just to unwind, this apartment offers the ideal place to stay.

Voyageant seule avec mes deux enfants, nous avons passé un excellent séjour ici. Nous avons même prolongé de quelques jours. Amir a été très réactif, rapide et cordial à chacune de nos demandes. Les chambres sont grandes. Les lits sont confortables. L’appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel. Restaurants, magasins, métro, .. tout est facilement accessible à pied. Le quartier est très sûr, même le soir. Le Caire reste toutefois une ville! Bruyante et vivante, parfois jusqu’à tard le soir. Les personnes sensibles s’équiperont de boules Quies pour dormir paisiblement! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

I booked the place for its location and it completely delivered on that. It is right in front of the pyramids and I was able to see them from my room as well as the rooftop. The light show was clearly visible from the rooftop and I immensely enjoyed the stay. They helped with a luggage issue I had with the airlines and were helpful in arranging food according to preference.

Thank you for the wonderful stay. Everything was like described. Well airconditioned and clean room. The location is a bit unhandy like others have described but for some it might be part of the charm. Wonderful building, especially the beautiful library!

Wir sind 4 Tage in Kairo gewesen. El-Darb El Ahmar ist ein ärmliches Viertel von Kairo, das trotz seiner Armut sehr sicher ist. Es gilt nicht als touristisch. Wir haben auch kaum Touristen gesehen. Ägypter beglückwünschten uns dazu, hier eine Unterkunft zu buchen, denn hier würden wir alt-ägytisches Leben zu sehen bekommen. Es ist ein Gewimmel mit vielen kleinen Buden, Handwerkern, sehr vielen Tuk-Tuks, Vespas und freundlichen Menschen. Da es sehr viele Moscheen gibt, sind die Muezzins sehr laut zu hören. Es fühlte sich an wie eine Zeitreise. Wir haben uns äußerst sicher und willkommen gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin Sara hat uns außerdem in allen Wünschen (z.B. Abholung vom Flughafen) perfekt geholfen.

Hele fijne locatie om vanuit hier de stad te verkennen. Het ligt in de buurt van ambassadeurs, dit zorgt voor een rustige en veilige omgeving. Er heerst een kalmte die je in de stad niet terug vind. Nesr stond altijd voor ons klaar, al was het met het ontbijt, tips of vragen. Geweldige host!

Wish i stayed longer! Very nice place, an oasis hidden amongst the chaos of Cairo haha Very responsive and the staff were perfect, always friendly and willing go above and beyond. Thank you to Shahd aswell, she recommended what to do and was happy to help where ever Its located in Heaven Hostel but definitely recommend if you’re in Cairo 🤝🏽

A localização é perfeita, muito comércio por perto, vários pontos turísticos nas redondezas que dá pra ir caminhando; O quarto é simples porém confortável, a cama aconchegante e o cobertor e travesseiros são bem confortáveis e quentinhos; há um frigobar no quarto que é bastante útil. Mostafa foi bem atencioso e prestativo, o hotel oferece vários passeios interessantes, o motorista Raaof é muito simpático e prestativo, o carro não é dos melhores mas para o caos do trânsito do Cairo está aceitável; Vale a pena fazer os passeios, só acertem "todos" os detalhes antes, como valores e o que estará incluso para não ter problemas, mas caso aconteça Mostafa ajudará com tudo. Recomendo.

We are very happy with this hostel… great location and great people!!!! Mohamed is always answered all my questions and concerns…. All the guys were very friendly and we felt safe and well cared for by everyone . Our guy guide Ahmed is amazing, he speak Spanish very well and and well versed in the history and geography of the region. Thanks Mohamed and your team for everything!
