By polishing and reusing the original wood and doors, We were particular about using natural building materials. A cozy place where the sunlight and shadows of morning, noon, and night, and the four seasons of Japan blend comfortably. Enjoy the space that was built with time and love. For your comfort, we've upgraded the air conditioning, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom to match the size of the room. Bathroom heating is also available. Also, by artists we respect, Fabric, greenery, garden, decorations and works, entrance hall "!!!" etc. Please find your favorite. Reikyo Garden "Garden Tatami Studio"

In Nishinari-ku, Osaka-shi, you can still find old Japanese row houses. We had a unique accommodation designed by T2P Architects, a disciple of the world-famous architect Tadao Ando. The small roof blends in with the neighborhood's appearance, while the metal facade creates a vivid contrast with its surroundings. At the same time, the concept of "co-housing" combines independent units that ensure privacy with a central garden that encourages interaction between residents. Our building has received numerous honors, including the ArchDaily 2023 Annual Architecture Nomination, the 2022 Good Design Award, the January 2023 cover of SPACE Magazine in Korea, and the November 2023 cover of Wallpaper Magazine.

This is a newly renovated old Japanese house, a middle-class residence built in 1929 and renovated in 2017. It is a legal accommodation permitted by the city of Osaka.
