It is ideal for a family or group of friends. Hill and reservoir walks are accessible straight out of the garden. We welcome well behaved dogs - additional charge of £20/dog. We take 7 nights or 3 night weekend bookings from Friday - weekend price is £500 to £650: stay of 7 nights have a minimum of 30% discount.

Quaint cottage situated in the heart of the waterfall country. Enjoy the beautiful surrounding areas with the four waterfall walk on your door step! This one bedroom cottage consists of one double bed, one single bed and also has one very comfy sofa! There is a fully fitted kitchen including a washing machine/tumble perfect for cleaning those muddy clothes after your waterfall walk. Outdoor balcony area over looking the river, perfect for breakfast al fresco! We are pet friendly too!

Originally a little cowshed the cottage has been well converted using lovely stone and the inside is stylish, comfortable and spacious making this a great place to stay for either just a couple or with friends. With one large double bedroom and the option of a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, sleeping up to 4 people and offers a wonderful base to explore the Brecon Beacons and the Gower Peninsula.

No 1 Cathelyd Colliery Stables is a dog friendly property renovated from a pit pony stables. Next door, No 2 is slightly larger and can be booked separately on Airbnb. There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.
