Idyllic coastal farm retreat

With private access to the beach the cottage is right on the coast path and in beautiful countryside on our farm in Mid Wales. There is magic here with 400 acres of farmland to explore, although less than 5 miles from the University town of Aberystwyth so plenty to keep you entertained. Wether you come for the wild seas in winter, the fresh lambs in spring or the glory of the coastline in summer there is something for everyone. Incredible road cycling and mountain biking. A writers paradise.

Aberdovey is a thriving seaside fishing village with brightly painted houses which seem to cling to the shoreline, and has a history dating back hundreds of years.

The Boathouse at Bryn Celyn is a hidden gem (bryncelynhols). For the best price we are bryncelynhols. Everyone guest is utterly gob-smacked at it's location, the nearness of nature and how peaceful it is. You can walk to Barmouth in half an hour, stroll the empty beaches at Fairbourne, go pony tracking, bring kayaks or bikes and take them on the famous Mawddach trail or up into the hidden hills to see the views and feel like you're on top of the world.
