Holiday rentals with a patio in Aberystwyth

We loved staying at this cosy flat- only a stones throw away from the beach which was perfect for us. The flat had everything we needed and an added extra of the hot tub on the patio outside. The host had left a bottle of fizz and some treats for us which was a wonderful gesture. The town is small, quaint and lovely for a peaceful couple of days by the sea. Booking and communication at short notice was very good and locating the property and check in was easy. The allocated parking bay is clearly marked and close to the entry door - the high street and Ffestiniog Railway Station a two-minute drive away. Once inside, I found a light, clean, comfortable and attractive interior with good quality furnishings. Comfortable double bed and peaceful at night. Lounge with large comfy settee next to patio doors with a great view of the harbour. Good sized TV and reliable Wi-Fi. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening sunshine. Open plan kitchen next to lounge is well equipped. Three supermarkets locally or lots of restaurants if you don’t want to cook. From here I visited some great locations including Anglesey, beaches on Llyn Peninsula, Snowdon Railway, Ffestiniog Railway, Portmeirion, Barmouth and Porthmadog itself. I had a great time at this accommodation, a perfect base for exploring Snowdonia and I would happily stay here again.

We had a great break at Ffion’s property - beautifully furnished with all we could need, in a stunning area of the country - would definitely recommend & hope for a return visit sometime in the future.

Maerina's place was ideal right in the middle of Aber town and close to the sea. Maerina works in the shop beneath the flat and was available for local recommendations and to respond to any issues had there been any, she was a great host, she had left bread and milk for us. Esgair Llyn is an absolute haven, perfect staycation for us as we visited friends and family in the area. The pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful home with everything we needed, lovely artwork of the local area and great recommendations of nearby area. Can’t wait to return.

A lovely week in a perfect spot. We have 2 dogs and the proximity to the green and the beach was ideal. Really nicely furnished and everything you could need was available in the apartment. Great food at Dylan’s and the Prince of Wales in town. A real find was the dog friendly beach (with pub) at Porthdinllaen just beyond Morfa Nefyn - had a couple of lovely warm days there.

Excellent accomodation. Beautifully decorated and furnished to high standard. Wanted for nothing. Host has thought of everything you need and more. In a quiet area 2 min walk from the beach and 10 mins walk from the town. Would highly recommend.

Staying here was an absolute pleasure. Everything was clean and as described. The hosts were very polite and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend and we will definitely be coming back.

Great location and the bungalow was spotless and very welcoming… We felt straight at home. We also loved the outdoor space. Very private and great to hear all the bird song surrounding us. We definitely recommend it.. off road parking.. local amenities and two great pubs within walking distance.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the ocean with breathtaking views. The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The host Cherry was easy to contact and very responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Wow……one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in!! Beautiful lodge that was immaculately clean, lovely kitchen to cook in and the outside decking area was perfect to sit out and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We saw dozens of Red Kites throughout our stay which was a real treat as we’re big nature enthusiasts! We loved it so much that we’re heading back in just under 4 weeks time for 6 nights 😎 a real gem of a find, the golf club was very welcoming and the food was lovely! Really cannot rate this beautiful place highly enough!! Looking forward to the next one already!!

Fronlefrith is a gem! In a lovely setting-private and peaceful-a wooded valley with the gentle sound of the river nearby. The garden areas are great for relaxing - and bird spotting, too. The house is clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay and the quirky interior is great! Ed was a super host - friendly and responsive. There is so much to see and do in the area - both on the coast and inland - with many and varied places for eating out. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful part of Wales - thank you, Ed and Gill!

Really really loved our stay here! Such a beautiful place, with stunning views! Place was equipped with everything and more, we felt so cosy as soon as we arrived. Lovely picnic bench where we spent most of our time enjoying the views and the friendly cat was an added bonus. Thank you so much for a gorgeous stay and would definitely come back!

Just come back from a 4 night stay… we have had an amazing time. The cottage is so homely and in lovely surroundings. We had 4 kids with us and they all enjoyed playing ping pong, jigsaws and splashing around in the plunge pool. We do plan to return

Peter and Carolyn's studio is fabulous, set in wonderful and peaceful surroundings. Although we only stayed a night we found the stay very relaxing. Carolyn was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with home grown produce and was much appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend a stay at the studio and it's beautiful environment.

My friend and I had a lovely stay. We loved Aberporth and our stay. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, warm and relaxing. Naomi was friendly & really helpful. Would love to return & warmly recommended.

jacci was great with comms and the checkin was great. apartment clean and roomy and facilities were just the job. the welcome pack was amazing and jacci kindly met my dietary needs.

Staying here for a couple of days was magical. Two nights running we were able to sit in the living room watching the sun go down over the sea - so beautiful. Being able to step out of the front door and right onto the beach was great. The apartment is perfect for a stay in Aberystwyth, which is a peaceful town in stunning surroundings.

Lovely little studio within walking distance of the village. We got a nice Thai takeaway . Comfy bed and cozy sitting area. Everything was spotlessly clean. The studio is a 15/20 minute drive from so many places and excellent value for money. Paula got back to us super quickly as we were running late on the day of arrival. We would stay again if wanting to visit Harlech or Portmerrion. Thanks Paula

we had a lovely 3 day stay at Heidi's place, the apartment was beautiful with the most gorgeous view, it had everything that we needed and was spotless ! barmouth town centre is less than a 5 minute walk away from the apartment which was fabulous and Heidi gave us plenty of recommendations of places to go and places to eat. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.
