Condo holiday rentals in Abidjan Autonomous District

Hello Wow Have been coming to Abidjan in the last 8 years Since so far this is the best place that I have sleep , better than a lot of hotels, I will come back very soon , am so happy about the Area and the flat and all about the area I recommend at 1000% Thanks

Huge potential, but big drawbacks in terms of finishes and the presence of centipedes. The big plus is the team that is adorable, polite and very helpful. It would be nice to improve the cooking utensils and add a kettle. A little extra that would be helpful (unless I missed it): a guide for those who want a local stay without going too far. There are some gems in the neighborhood: an aesthetic salon, a garbadrome, a coconut seller (delicious coconut water), a superb famous pastry shop 6 minutes away by car, and a neighborhood to eat local (Sol Béni). Listing saved for next time if work is done. The rate is very affordable given the location, safety and pool, but the service of the other apartments seems to be more neat. Thank you to all but especially to Eunice and Mr. Kossonou who served me Ivorian hospitality.

I had a great time at this beautiful Rbnb. The caretakers are super kind, kind, responsive to all our needs. I even extended my stay given the quality of the service.

VERY GOOD STUDIO: I RECOMMEND IT 1) EXCELLENT LOCATION COCODY 2 PLATEAUX VALLON - 2 grocery stores surround the accommodation, bakery, market with fish sellers, braised meats and other African dishes - other restaurants 7 minutes by car great for home delivery or pickup - bank not far, 5 minutes away - Sococé shopping mall 5 min by car - taxiphone - easy to geolocate with vtc apps, local taxis pass by on the street 2) ACCOMMODATION - very clean and rare thing in the accommodation in Abidjan: there were NO COCKROACHES, NO PESTS - perfect air conditioning, TV activated with Canal Plus (local and international channels) very fluid wifi - some cooking utensils - washing machine - hot water 3) THE ON-SITE CONTACT MR AMANI is very helpful and kind 4) SECURE WITH 2 GUARDS 2 POINTS TO IMPROVE it's quite dark because it overlooks the courtyard - there is a view, a 2nd thin curtain would be needed for the day - it lacks a small dryer

Great accommodation and easy to find

This flat looks exactly like the pictures. Spacious, secure and comfortable. Big windows and balcony gives plenty of natural lights and ventilation Brand new 55 inches smart tv, only I had to connect to my phone internet, as wifi was not available, so for long stay discuss wifi with host.

It’s a cool and private place

I had a good time at Syl’s place. Easy check-in and check-out. Clean as in pictures. Safe and good neighbourhood. Please know that the roof is not made from concrete so if it rains, be ready for some little rain sounds (which isn’t an issue for most people).

Great place to stay close from major places .

The studio is very well located in a green, quiet and secure area. It is ideal for short stays where services like cooking or laundry are not necessary. The attendant Martin is very kind and ready to help with everything. I would come back for a short stay.

Karine was always very helpful and available, responding promptly and effectively to the questions asked. The apartment, with 24-hour security, is very well located, given my purpose of photographing CAN2023 games mainly at the FHB stadium in Abidjan. There is commerce in the area, particularly a supermarket, and you can cook meals in the apartment itself (although I didn't). Thanks, Karine.

I was in Abidjan for two weeks for the professional and also to do a bit of tourism. The apartment is peaceful , looks like the photos. It is well located with shopping malls like the North Cape nearby and Abidjan mall. Ornella is really very available, proactive and responsive . I needed a recommendation to be able to travel and she did not hesitate to make herself available and always attentive. So I recommend the apartment without any problem.

Quiet, bigger than expected, well arranged and well-equipped. Very quiet. Flexible entry and exit. I arrived at 2am due to a flight delay, the nice Allassane was waiting for me to open the apartment. Very helpful too. TV, WiFi, A/C, everything works spotless. The location is perfect, full of restaurants, a shopping mall 250 m away. Really perfect. Highly recommended
