A propriedade tem 3 casas que alojam no seu conjunto até 16 pessoas; dispõe de jardins, piscina e estacionamento privativos. ( casa maior hospeda 8 pax, a casa do Lagar 6 pax e a casa do Pirata 2 pax). A propriedade fica a 1 hora de carro do Porto, Guimarães, Caminha e Espanha; 30 minutos de Braga, Viana do Castelo e Ponte do Lima e 10 minutos de Barcelos. A praia dista a 30 minutos de carro.

O meu espaço é maravilhoso para famílias que procuram paz e tranquilidade. A poucos minutos de Viana do Castelo, Barcelos, Esposende ou da mais antiga vila de Portugal , Ponte de Lima. Excelente para famílias com crianças. . Rodeado de campos verdes e bosques, tem também o Oceano Atlântico a cerca de 10 minutos, com praias fabulosas entre Esposende, Viana do castelo ou Moledo. A serra do Gerês a cerca de 40 minutos. A cidade de Braga a cerca de 30 km e Espanha a 35 km de distância.
