The apartment is in a residential area surrounded by greenery with free parking space. From the veranda you can enjoy a pleasant view of the mountains and you can access the garden for exclusive use with equipped gazebo. Animals are allowed. Useful info to visit the Val Pellice and the surroundings, will be available at the entrance. In 5 minutes you can find: a bakery, 2 grocery stores, a merceria, a bar-tabacchi-edicola, a pizzeria and the "Cotta Morandini" ice palaghi.

This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30 min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has an outdoor patio, place to park your car and good internet connection.
