Beachfront holiday rental in Abruzzo

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

The apartment looked completely fresh. Renovated. Everything that was needed was there. The air conditioning was important, which was extremely pleasant in the heat. Everything looked almost new and super clean. Recommended for four people, not far from the beach and the beach promenade with restaurants. The nearby train station does not bother either. Overall highly recommended.

Great support from the host, friendliness and availability. Completely as described. Central area and close to many points of interest. Not much parking, you have to look for a bit.

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

The Host Alessandro was immediately available to respond to our requests and provide useful information for the stay. He even made us find a local confectionery specialty (Bocconotti) as a welcome. The apartment was clean and well furnished with all comforts. Alessandro also honored us with a can of oil he produced. Simply put, it made us feel at home in our home. Excellent experience!!!! Beautiful holiday in total relaxation. Very nice house, nearby beach with private umbrella. Mrs. Carla was very kind, the day after our arrival she gave us the Abruzzo bites, a very good typical dessert.

Flat very well located within walking distance from the city centre. Furnished in a modern, bright and functional style. Equipped with all necessary amenities to provide a relaxing and pleasant stay. Beautiful terrace with a fantastic view. Hosts very helpful and available. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable right away and the beach was very easy to reach on foot. The fact that the loungers and the parasol were included in the apartment was great and we were able to enjoy the large beach and the clean sea. Restaurants were also easily accessible on foot. The apartment was big enough for us 3 adults. Very well equipped and very clean. Massimiliano was always easily accessible and gave us good recommendations. Thanks for a good time!!

Francesa and her husband were very nice, polite and very helpful! The location was great, in the middle of the city, close to markets, restaurants and city spots! The house is the same as in photos and very clean ! I highly recommend this apartment

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. If you want to enjoy luxury and tranquility by the sea for a great price, then this is the place for you. The apartment was the most beautiful thing we've ever seen during our time in Italy. We felt right at home and there was nothing missing. The balcony is an absolute highlight. Marcello was the nicest and most helpful host. He was always available, gave us a lot of tips for the area and was generally very accommodating. We look forward to our next visit to Martinsicuro!

This was our second time in Roseto and we got the apartment for a fantastic price. The view from the balcony was unprecedented.. seriously you could stand there all day looking at the beach of the mountains! It was such an easy stay with Lucilla offering her help every step of the way. Very close to shops and literally ten steps to the beach and with such a beautiful apartment, we are now looking to come back again very very soon! A very nice apartment in a great location. Very close to the sea and right in the center of town. From the airport 20 min by bus - otherwise no transport is necessary, as everything you need & want to see (museums, etc.) is within walking distance. In the apartment was everything we needed in towels, bedding, kitchen utensils & good Wi-Fi. A recommendation for anyone who wants to experience some Italian flair away from the big cities :)
