Ideal for families looking for a spacious property to relax in privacy. There is a large charcoal grill (pick up charcoal on the way or purchase teak firewood at the property) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).

The upper terrace gives the impression of being ‘on top of the world’ and provides 180° views of the ocean and allows you to experience magical sunrise and sunset.

The Forest Cabin (APANECA)

A stay located within a private and independent property, a safe place just entering Apaneca on the main road accessible to all the attractions of the area, it has 2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, a living room, cable TV, wifi, bathroom with hot water, chalet-style kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, kitchen, coffee maker and dishes. It also has an outside grill and terrace with wooden table, hammocks, swings and fire pit. *Staff in charge provides assistance.

Beach house - Summer houses

House in Las Veraneras beach club, with beach club access for 8 people. Soccer field, BKB and tennis 15 meters from the house. A safe, private area with 24-hour surveillance. Includes house cleaning service by trusted staff. Cleaning every 2 days due to Covid protocol, or on the day of arrival and departure for short rentals. It is located in front of the country club, so parking is not a problem. There is an Oasis that uses glass water bottles for consumption.
