This was, I believe, our 5th year staying at Kate’s. Always comfortable - always spotless! In fact, this is by far the cleanest Airbnb we have ever booked. Kate is a very responsive host as well - super helpful with any questions we have ever had! We will continue staying here for our annual NIH visit as long as it is available to us! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Comfortable place for our family. Everything was clean and it offered a private place to stay yet close to everything.

This property was very well listed, it was very clean and exceeded expectations. Easy parking and the place feels safe and clean. The hosts are amazing and we are very thankful for their hospitality. 15/10 recommend.

This was a return trip for our family to Sylvia’s Potomac house. Its close enough to DC to enjoy it but far enough for peace and quiet. We have a large family and require wheelchair access and she was very accommodating to our changing needs and had the beds configured as we asked when we arrived. The location is peaceful but jot so remote you cant get delivery services. The house is always well stocked. Sylvia makes staying away from home easier for our family.

I am local Alexandrian and used this AirBnB for my wedding weekend at the Torpedo Factory. I have no regrets choosing this place over joining one of our hotel blocks at either the Alexandrian or Hotel Indigo (which don’t have presidential suites). The home and furniture are beautiful and I can’t wait to see my wedding photos. It was great for a bridesmaid sleepover! There was plenty of space for 3 makeup artists to do their work all at once. The only random tip I would give is that the neighbors are definitely on the nosy side. They were staring at us from the middle of the street and even blocked our photographer crew for a moment when we tried to exit the house. 😂 I really appreciate Collin and Laurie giving us an extra hour for checkout since the groom and I had a late night visit to Taco Bell nearby and needed the extra sleep this morning. Laurie and Collin were excellent with communication

Toya’s place was perfect for our needs. She was very responsive and quick with it. The house has a nice set up. I would encourage anyone to stay there. In fact when I return next year for the same event, hopefully this home will be available again.

Eric was an excellent host. There were a couple issues and Eric addressed them immediately. Beautiful home, love the neighborhood.. felt like we were at home. Everything you need to enjoy time with family and friends.

***** Five Stars***** I have to say, that out of all the locations I've stayed at, this has one of the best, if not the best. This host has been responsive since we made the reservations with possible early check in, to making sure we got checked in ok. I have to admit, that turning onto the road leading to location initially make my mind wonder, however once I got to location my mind instantly changed. Once I was inside, my mind was blown. When I say this host puts attention to detail, they absolutely nail it. I dont want to spoil it, but I suggest a mini scavenger hunt to see all the small details they put into this place. There is plenty of room to sleep, 2 double beds, 2 couches and a back yard oasis that we enjoyed each night. This location is about 20-30 minutes from downtown Washington DC. You are about 10mins from Business like Target, Outback, McDonald's, etc. We have definitely booked mark this location for future visits.

We loved this place. It was clean and comfortable. It looked just like the pictures, although I might add that the master suite was actually larger and nicer than I anticipated. There were lots of little extras like toothpaste and k cup pods, even cards to use the public transportation. Even the roll away cot had a comfortable mattress. Sharisse was wonderful with communication and answered questions right away. Check out tasks were very minimal. I could probably go on, but overall this was just a great place to stay while we explored DC!

My wife and I stayed at Amy’s place for roughly a week while we moved into NVA. Her place was excellent and at a convenient location - short drive to the metro, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and I really liked the peace of the woods behind the house. We definitely recommend staying here. Amy and was very proactive with offering assistance and recommendations, the apartment was clean and spacious, nice kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Anne is very thorough when checking on a guest. She wants people to feel comfortable and makes sure they understand how to operate the appliances in the home. She has a garden and doesn't mind sharing the fresh herbs and berries in them. Initially, I was bummed about the strict check-out time (out by 8:00 am), but due to a delay in the cleaning service's ability to arrive to clean the place, I was able to check out at 11:00 am. She was responsive to questions or concerns I had. Her home is immaculate! She explained the cleaning/sterilization process, so this is a great place to stay for people who suffer from allergies. The neighborhood is quiet, and you are within walking distance of a few restaurants, a grocery store, and some shops.

Peter was exceptionally good at communicating and made sure that everything was perfect, and we had what we needed for our stay!! Thank you!

We loved staying here! Such a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. We were able to walk to and from the zoo so easily which was perfect for us. The driving distance to go sightsee in D.C. was not bad either and the street parking was very convenient. Chris was always reachable in case we had any questions. Definitely would rebook here again!

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

This was a gem of a stay in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants but felt secluded and serene. Easy for those needing to commute to DC. Felt like a home away from home.

Lena was an amazing host! If I could give her a 10 star ⭐️ review, I would. She was very responsive, accommodating, and understanding. Her place was immaculate and exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed, and I’m positive if we needed anything else she would have immediately made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend her beautiful, comfy, cozy place, without any hesitation, and the next opportunity we have to visit, we will stay again!❤️

Celia was one of the most accommodating hosts that I have encountered. She allowed an early check-in and late checkout. She had apples, bananas and nuts for snacks in addition to coffee beans and even a couple of containers of milk, so I didn’t have to run out for coffee. The space is in a historic house in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. It was quiet and there was a nice, private porch outback, which was a great spot for reading. The neighborhood itself is lovely with well maintained yards. A Metro station is about 1/2 mile away which allows easy access to all parts of DC. We were so happy with the accommodations, so I highly recommended Celia’s place.

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

This was a beautiful condo with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was so well stocked with everything you might need- more like staying with a thoughtful friend than at an Airbnb. The area was convenient to the metro yet really quiet for sleeping (even with kiddos who go to bed around eight). The pocket park just a block away was a perfect space for our kids to play. We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Occoquan and the Daisy. The location is great and within walking distance to eateries and shops. We enjoyed Grind and Crepe for most of our breakfasts as they open early. Nice shops. It was nice that parking was available. It was quiet outside. The only thing I would mention is that we did hear footsteps at night from whomever was upstairs. I would stay at the Daisy. again. We loved our stay.
