The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

On the shared roof terrace with magnificent views of Lake Achensee there is a shared lounge area and grill. Linens and towels are included in our free parking space. All leisure facilities in the Karlingerhof as well as the garden and the large playground are available to our guests.
