Nossa estadia de uma semana em Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine foi simplesmente fantástica. O apartamento é, sem dúvida, um achado em Paris: muito novo, confortável, moderno e, além disso, conta com uma garagem — o que foi essencial para nós, pois tínhamos a intenção de explorar os arredores de Paris, especialmente os castelos (châteaux). O imóvel está situado em uma região de construções recentes, bastante agradável e funcional. Há dois pequenos mercados próximos que atendem perfeitamente às necessidades de uma estadia como a nossa. Em poucos minutos, também tínhamos acesso à linha 14 do metrô, que leva à estação Châtelet em cerca de 20 minutos. Enfim, recomendamos vivamente o apartamento e a estadia com a anfitriã Fanny. Essa experiência reacendeu em nós a antiga paixão que temos por esta cidade tão especial.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Le logement est facile d'accès, pas très loin de la gare et très agréable. Le quartier est très calme. Nous renouvelerons notre expérience sans hésiter.

I loved this place! It was quiet, close to restaurants and supermarket. It was easy to get into Paris on RER B. I was so comfortable here and it felt like a home away from home! The hosts were friendly, responsive, and very helpful. I would stay here again if I come back to Paris! It was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. My son and I stayed about a week, and had no problems. Beds were comfortable and slept well! I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Paris.

Amaury and Marine were wonderful hosts! They were very kind and flexible for an early check-in. The instructions they left to access the apartment were extremely helpful. They also periodically reached out to us to make sure everything was okay during our stay. The apartment was beautiful, just like the pictures! It’s off a side street so the road noise isn’t a problem. The area has a lot of restaurants and boutiques to shop at. There’s a bodega just down the street that we visited for groceries as well. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in Paris :)

The location was perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the Palais des Congrès, which made attending the conference incredibly convenient. The neighborhood was clean, safe, and quiet, with many excellent restaurants nearby. What truly made the stay special was Mr. Adam, our host. His warm smile and kindness were truly touching and left a lasting impression. I would gladly stay here again.

We stayed here for four nights we our 18 year old son. This place was perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful. And the apartment, weak the apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. It’s also really peaceful even through its close to everything. The Arc de Triomphe is just around the corner and the neighborhood is lovely. Lots of great restaurants and cake shops within walking distance. We also walked all over, to all the main locations - Le Louvre, NotreDame, Mont matre and the Effel Tower, but if you don’t want all the walking - the metro is only a couple of minutes walk. I can’t recommend this place enough and if we ever get the chance to come to Paris again - we won’t look anywhere else to stay.

The place was nice, great of a short stay, very easy to access and great communication from the host.

Paris is our family favorite go to when it comes to city break. This is our first time of staying in air b n b and I must say we were worried because we always stay in hotel. But Chahida’s accommodation is more than 5 star hotel. She was amazing and extremely helpful. It’s a perfect place for family of 3 to 4. Clean inside out, it had everything we needed and even more. 10 minutes drive to airport, 4 minutes walk to train station to everywhere like Disney and Paris iconic places, quiet and private place and we had the whole place to ourselves. Good restaurants and shops close by too. We felt safe throughout our stay. Thank you Chahida for taking time to pick us up when our Uber driver dropped us off at a wrong destination. It was supper nice of you.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Tout était parfait. Logement calme et très agréable. Parking. Commerces à proximité. Horaires arrivée et départ flexibles. Très proche de Paris et Versailles. Hôte très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. 5 étoiles bien méritées sur tous les criteres

Eine tolle Unterkunft um Paris und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und haben neben einer tollen Einweisung, wie alles funktioniert auch Hilfe beim Koffertragen bekommen.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Logement parfait : accessibilité/proximité des transports, calme, propre, bien rangé et comportant tous les équipes nécessaires. Mathieu est très réactif et sympathique, je recommande !

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

Was für eine tolle Gastgeberin ! Die Wohnung entsprach exakt meinen Erwartungen ! Ich kann die Unterkunft, wie auch die Gastgeberin nur in den höchsten Tönen loben und absolut weiter empfehlen ! Absolute verdiente 5 Sterne !!!

Hôte très courtois et très discret, emplacement très calme et accessible facilement, une petite terrasse un coin jardin avec barbecue avec une piscine couverte à disposition,un grand supermarché à moins de deux kilomètres ,le seul bémol si je devais en donner un serait le coin douche où il manquerait une petite étagère pour poser les produits de bain , je recommande !

Logement tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, situé dans une rue au calme. Idéal pour un passage par le parc Astérix ou le château de Chantilly. Kamel nous accueilli lui même, ce qui est un petit plus.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
