The top attractions of the region are very close to the house: 30' from Metsovo, 10' from the ancient theater of Dodoni, 30' from the traditional villages of Zagoria, 1 hour from the nearest beach. Meteora is also 1 hour and 30' far away. The house is only 3km distance from Egnatia (E90) and Ionian (A5) motorways.

Our house is located in a small village of Zagoria in Demati, at 1020m altitude. The village is close to Metsovo and Ioannina as it is only 6 km from the Eastern Zagori interchange of Egnatia. Is an old stone house. At the ground floor dominates the fireplace with comfortable sofas and a kitchen with a bar in the middle of the kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, office and two bathrooms. My space is suitable for couples and families (with children).
