Casa nel Bosco, 2 km from Seccheto (the last km is unpaved), 6 minutes by car, is located in an amphitheater 200 meters above sea level, in an oasis of peace and silence. In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea.
