Holiday rentals with a patio in Adams County

Had a very enjoyable stay at Ruben’s place. It was just the escape needed from a hectic schedule!

Quiet and comfortable!! We had a great stay!! Had everything we needed!! The outdoor patio space was private and very nice. There are stairs leading to the space but very easy to navigate! Older neighborhood but we felt very safe. Liked having a locked gate into the space. Would stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay at Jaimi’s place. Great neighborhood location with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Perfect location for our concert at the Broncos stadium. Jaimi was very responsive, directions were very clear and the accommodations were lovely and quiet. Great mattress!

This place was so cute and had everything we needed. We loved the spacious parking lot area out front & that it was away from the road. Great location, would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

This was the best stay I have had at an Airbnb. The photos of the listing don’t really show how spacious the apartment is. It also does not feel like a basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host, was very responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. I look forward to staying here again next time I’m in Denver.

This is a centrally located spot with easy access to City and Congress park, as well as anywhere in Aurora. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and plenty of space. Jerry was communicative throughout our stay and was a great host.

Enjoyed my stay, the host was very responsive and helped with an earlier check-in as it was only a quick stay/stop while visiting. The linens, bathrooms and rooms were in excellent condition. The house was beautiful & cleanly. Even received a special thank you despite having to leave in such a hurry. Thanks again!!!

Connie is an amazing host!! Realized that we flew in super early with a toddler, she made sure everything was ready for us with a super early check in. She thought of everything you could need with kids, there was a toddler potty, toys, she provided a nice goody bag for him and some snacks, which was nice after a long flight. Offered us a free zoo visit. She even sat out some slides and play sets for my son. She checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Meet her husband and he was super nice. Honestly didn’t even know they were home the whole trip. The beds were super comfy, the house was super clean with everything you could need. We grew up in the area and picked this because of the central location, we will def book again next time we’re back.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sarah’s place. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—close to great restaurants and just a short walk to Coors Field. It worked out so well for our trip, and the neighborhood had everything we needed. Sarah was a wonderful host—her communication was prompt, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. If you ever need a place to stay in Denver, you must stay at The Disco Den! Every inch of space here is carefully curated to send you back to a time when things were groovy and fun! There are disco balls, vintage glass, vintage furniture… even the colors scheme will take you back to the disco era! It is located in a quiet neighborhood blocks away from downtown Denver. We came to Denver for the Coldplay concert and this was THE perfect spot for us. Thank you to Mid Mod Mike for a wonderfully appointed space to stay during our visit.
