Seth's Terrace Farmhouse was a delight to stay at. Everything was as described, and was a perfect stay for our needs. I would return.

Small cozy house, creek outback plenty of space outside. Goats next door made my kids day. The drive to town isn’t that far. We came here to get some space while we grieved, the host and her family were so kind to us and our kids, making very nice care packages. Not only was the house perfect the family was too.

Great place within walking distance to downtown Chilicothe. The home was super clean and perfect for a family of 6. Chip responded within minutes and was very flexible with the check in time. Thank you Chip! Jeff & Kristy Cummins

This was my first stay at an AirBnB, and it was great. Hassle free booking and check-in. House was clean and comfortable. I'm used to the sounds of the train, so the place was peaceful to me. Front and back porch sitting was nice. Overall, great experience. The one and only thing that I would say as a word of caution is, it's right next to a 4 way stop and the cars often revved their engines during take off, which was loud and a little obnoxious, but also not a huge deal for me. I would strongly recommend this place.

Loved staying here and how close it was to restaurants and shops. Super spacious and comfortable.

Very nice place to stay for a couple days. They’ve done a good job with this house.

We stayed here with a small group of friends who we vacation with each summer. We were late planning our vacation this year so our options were limited for what we needed, and I was worried this place was too good to be true, but it was perfect! The house was completely stocked with everything we needed for the week. The house is set back from the road (you can’t see it) and very private! We would forget we were in town until we heard sirens or cars. The hosts were great and super responsive. We had one minor issue and they were on top of it immediately! The town was great too, definitely get some cheesecake from Mimi’s kitchen and coffee from White’s Bakery. It was also convenient being relatively close to Dayton and Cincinnati and we were able to take day trips there. If we ever come to the area in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was at a peaceful spot tucked away in the woods. You can tell a lot of care went into designing it, and it made for a memorable and comfortable stay during my trip.

We loved staying here!! Very beautiful and well kept property. Communication was excellent from both Stevie and Greg. This was a peaceful retreat that we look forward to revisiting time and time again!

This was our second stay, just like the first time it was very relaxing & a nice getaway. We loved the addition of the farm animals. The cabin and the bathrooms were clean & stocked. Stevie was very quick to respond to questions I had before our trip.

Always such a pleasure to stay here! The cabin is cozy and well equipped (we especially appreciated the nice selection of teas) and the antique decor gives it such a lovely atmosphere. It truly feels like a little escape from the world. We also enjoyed walking the scenic trail on the property with the company of the friendly farm dogs. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful getaway in a beautiful place with a friendly host. We look forward to coming back!

Great stay! Quite peaceful minus the cicadas but you know they only show up ever so often. Overall excellent stay. Appreciated all the tips for the local area! I definitely would go back again. The place was beautiful and all the animals were lovely!

We went to Adams county to take in the beauty and to try our hand at doing some fishing. Frank's place is a great couples get away ! We found the cabin/house to be welcoming and very clean which is important to us. The kitchen is well equipped with up to date appliances which made cooking easy with everything we needed from skillets to steak knives. Grilling out was easy as well as Frank provided coal and wood. We also enjoyed the hot tub which does stand out as being new and easy to use. We did need the AC which wasn't as user friendly, but we did catch on without having to reach out for help with it. The shower works fine, no issues there. Frank's cabin is in a remote place so we were glad we brought everything we could think of in terms of food..... The Amish markets are nearby which were fun to browse and we did pick up a pie and had a picnic lunch there. Thank you, Frank for being a five star host !

Everything fit the description and was exactly as we expected. We needed to ask something about the firewood and someone responded almost immediately. 10/10

I have no bad words to describe my stay! The location was perfect for my work, very private, extremely clean and was exactly as described on the website. I definitely plan a return trip to stay at this property.

Second time staying here and we are just so grateful for it. it's a 5-10 min drive from whatever you want to do in town! Jack and Rachel are also just so nice. it's a small place with a loft, just as pictured. we look forward to returning when the pool is open!

We loved staying here! Absolutley beautiful property. We had family of various ages coming from different directions and everyone found things they enjoyed doing here. Plenty of room to spread out, and great spots to gather all together. The pond is really nice and we enjoyed paddling around and watching the fish and the birds. It was really good for fishing, and we released all our catches so others can enjoy them as well. Great amenities! Loved the firepit, the hot tub, and all the outdoor games. The view from inside the house was great too! Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, very nice shower, and comfortable beds and furniture. Great mix of activities and relaxation! Our host was so helpful - thanks for sharing this wonderful place!!!

We had a terrific weekend at Razor Farms. Daran was an extremely friendly host. The house was immaculate. Decor was great. It had everything you would need and more. He thought of everything! The land was beautiful. Fishing was great. We had a peaceful weekend and plan to return.

it is a very nice quiet retreat. it is very close to Maysville. if you were looking for a quiet getaway I would recommend it. it would be great for groups.
