Our garden coachhouse is a small modern two bedroom house in our garden. It is a lovely self contained unit. We are conveniently located close to Cardiff and Penarth’s Victorian seafront and pier. There are good bus and train links within walking distance (bus stop is 50 feet from house).There is a pub serving food at the end of the road and many restaurants nearby. There are supermarkets nearby. The Principality stadium, Ninian Park football stadium and the Millenium Centre are all close by.

Nicole’s Casa, Is set on its own in a beautiful garden, is a bright clean open plan place to rest and relax, warm in winter with central heating, we have a kitchen equipped with culinary & crockery ,fridge, microwave/oven and ceramic hob top. Work space table and chairs. There is a cosy double bed, sofa, tv and internet . Shower Room and toilet. Near Nicole’s Casa there a working yard that is quiet most of the time occasional movement of vehicles, our family house is opposite the studio.

The lodge is newly equipped with all kitchen facilities including a hob, oven, fridge-freezer and washer- dryer. Adjacent is an eating area. Easy chairs including one converting into a child's bed (this may not be long enough for an adult). There is WIFI, a desk, and a high chair on request. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.
