Снимала жилье для мамы и свекрови. Все прошло супер, остались довольны. Из окна видно очень красивые закаты. Кристина быстро отвечает и готова помочь во всех ситуациях.

Nako was always helpful and kind whenever I had any questions. I visited for a month or so and because the flat had everything, I could continue in my routine as I would in my own home. The view from balcony is beautiful, there is everything available around the house:). Would defo recommend! 🎀🌸

Great central location. Apartment is spacious, has all amenities and 2 balconies. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Location is great. My only complaints were the parking situation and building access at check-in. Regarding parking, there is no designated parking for the condo or the building. You have to find your own spot which wasn't too hard during the day but later at night it was tough to find a spot. Regarding building access, you can't get to the 4th floor without an elevator card (which you have to get from the lockbox on the fourth floor). After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth with the receptionists we convinced them to let us on the elevator. It would have been easier to just ask another guest to let us up. Everything else was great and the location is amazing---just a few steps away from the water.

The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, and the overall experience was excellent. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful — truly warm and hospitable. Highly recommended!

Очень близко к морю. В жилье прохладно, что приятно летом. В соотношении цены качества, это жильё на 4.5, округляем до 5.

Большое спасибо Михаилу - очень отзывчивый хозяин, все заявленное в описании - в наличие, в рабочем состоянии. Михаил всегда был на связи, оперативно решал все вопросы, связанные с различными нюансами. В Орби присутствует проблема с лифтами, надо немного попроще к ней относится и приспосабливаться к различным вариантам. Они есть! Проживание и хозяина рекомендую! Спасибо 🙏

Аккуратные апартаменты со всеми удобствами. Внутри идеальная чистота. Есть вся посуда. В доме запрещено курить и это прекрасно😍 Всё соответствует фотографиям. Приятный, тихий район, парк рядом, магазины круглосуточные рядом и кафе. Замечательный хозяин, который всегда был на связи. Спасибо большое! Наш отдых удался.

This apartment was newly renovated and everything worked as it should. Good hot water, a/c and wifi speeds.The location is just two blocks away from the high rise buildings like Orbi City and also about the same distance to the mall and the beach. The bus is next to the building and will take you all around Batumi. There are a lot of local shops, restaurants and supermarkets within about a two block walk. There is a excellent bakery right downstairs. Sergo is friendly and a good host. He is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Уютная, хорошо оборудованная квартира. Тёплые полы по всей площади, стиральная машина, микроволновка, чайник, кондиционер, всё есть. Рядом с лифтом. Очередей на лифт нет (это преимущество по сравнению с Орби). Хорошая кровать, приятный балкон на высоком этаже. Много розеток.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Kristinas Unterkunft! Die Wohnung besticht durch ihren modernen, stilvollen Charme und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt benötigt – von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu gemütlichen Details, die den Aufenthalt besonders machen. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung ist einfach atemberaubend und lädt zum Träumen ein. Die Lage im Herzen von Neu Batumi ist ideal für alle, die das pulsierende Stadtleben erleben möchten, mit Restaurants, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kristina war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, und hat unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Melkon est un très bon propriétaire, très réactif durant les 3 mois que j'ai passé dans son appartement. Il as toujours fait en sorte de répondre le plus rapidement possible à mes attentes. Le studio est beau et fonctionnel. Seul petit défaut, l'insonorisation du bâtiment laisse à désirer, à prendre des boul quies donc.

Хорошие апартаменты. Чисто, хороший вид из окна, много полезных бытовых вещей которых обычно нет в номерах orbi.
