Family-friendly holiday rentals in Adolfsberg

The property is perfect for a vacation in a larger group. We were a total of 15 people and were able to spend a wonderfully snowy New Year's Eve there. Johan and Linnéa always responded quickly to questions both during and before arrival and were thus always able to help us quickly. All in all, a great place to stay and very great hosts.

Our five days staying in this charming, remodeled Swedish house could not have been more fantastic. While looking for my Swilson Swedish grandmother‘s roots, I felt like I was taken back in time. Thank you so much for allowing us the privilege of staying here. And did I mention the great hot tub! Thank you, Berndhard.

Our visit as a resident in the Pavilion. We were adults and children who stayed there to-sun. Large areas both inside and outside, clean and tidy, own large patio with large lawn for play. Sauna and wood fired sauna for about 4 people. Good parking next door, walking distance to fishing area and also to the bath with small beach, jetty and diving tower. Good communication with Johan before and upon arrival as well as was quickly available if we were missing anything during the stay. Cozy environment. We are 20 very happy guests who will surely come back. Top marks from us

Really nice stay - perfect that we had to bring dogs. Was a good fit for the description and it was in a nice setting.

To say we had a nice stay would be an understatement! The accomidation is so lovely and we had an amazing vacation. The pool deck is even nicer than you might think from the pictures. The pool costs a little extra (120€ for the week as of 2022), which would have been nice to write in the listing. Given the pool is heated and has to be maintained the cost is understandable though of course. The next grocery store is about 15min by car and the next bigger town about 40 to 50min. Given how nice the house is you might not want to leave though :) We had a lot of fun taking the SUP and the canoe out to the lake, we even had the chance to do this with our little dogs for the very first time, so that was a really great experience. There is even a grill, which Linda and Peter were kind enough to let us borrow. All basic spices, oils and such were also there to borrow. The surrounding forrest is beautiful too and there were plenty of mushrooms to pick. Lastly two things worth noting (These werent issues for us but might be worth knowing for others). Both the pool deck and the garden are not fenced in, so if you have small kids or dogs you will have to keep an extra eye out. And the larger beds in the main house are in separate rooms but the rooms are only separated by a curtain. Again, these were really non issues when you take into account how lovely the rest of the place was! So, thank you again for letting us stay here, Linda and Peter!

The house suited us (two adults, three children 7, 4 and 1 year old) very well. Cozy and the house has all amenities needed. Nice deck and large plot. We are very satisfied and everything from check-in to check-out went very smoothly. We can definitely consider renting the house again in the future.

Our second vacation in Hova was just as nice as our first stay. The chapel impressed us again with its charm. The location just outside Hova is ideal. You are completely undisturbed and at the same time quickly on the highway or in a few minutes at the supermarket in Hova. Victoria responds quickly and is very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to the next visit!

We felt very comfortable in Kristina's house. The surroundings are simply beautiful. You can go hiking very well, especially with two dogs, or simply spend time in the house with the fireplace or the sauna by the lake. Many thanks for the wonderful time

We felt very comfortable. Our hosts were always helpful and helped immediately if something was wrong. Incidentally, no major errors occurred. The environment was fantastic - the garden, the lake and the associated amenities such as sauna, raft, etc. And the great nature - we even had a visit from deer in the garden. Despite the not-so-great weather, it's always worth a trip. I think we'll come back as enthusiastic "Sweden fans"

Cozy cabin, nice surroundings. Great contact with the host, easy to reach and communicate with. Beautiful lake to swim in, just a short walk from the cottage.

We, a family of 3, had a great time at Allegonda's place. We loved the character, the location, and how accommodating Allegonda and Hans were. The place has all the emnities that you may need, we loved the fireplace. Would definately come back.

What a great week with Eric and Karin. We were warmly welcomed and the atmosphere in the cottage was immediately nice! Thank you for your tips for April 30. We were able to experience the tradition in two places in no time! The children enjoyed the games, the trampoline, the large lawn to play on, the fire for the marshmallows! And we didn't use everything that was in the kitchen. What is your kitchen fully equipped. Who knows, we might come back again, but will definitely recommend this place!

Each morning before breakfast we walked across the sunny lawn and the forest to the sandy beach of lake Viken, where we had our first swim of the day. The rest of the days we enjoyed the sunshine on the large terrace or went hiking or cycling. The house was very comfortable due to the windows on all sides, the view and the complete facilities of good quality. It merely felt as an house for permanent living rather than a holiday home. Ulrika is a very nice host: well communicating, quickly responding, friendly and flexible.

Nice and spacious house in Katrineholm. We had a great time, Malin was very supportive during our stay. The house is well-equipped, just a bit warm in summer due to the big glas front. If we ever come back to Katrineholm, we will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in this traditional Swedish country house in a quiet rural setting. The equipment is great and clean. The bathroom could use a renovation, but the rest of the rooms were immaculate and very nicely furnished. Jonathan was a great host, he gave us tips for the area and made the sauna by the lake in front of the house available. That was a great experience. All in all a great stay, just as we imagined it!

We very much enjoyed Urbans house : it is beautifully located on the lake , which has a nice jetty and little beach and is good for swimming. The house is very nice and immaculate . The garden is lovely and offers beautiful views of the lake and surrounding forest. It is peaceful with bird song and children playing on the little beach below . Urban and his wife were very friendly. We would have loved to stay longer and would love to go back once

Excellent host, great place to stay

We had a wonderful time celebrating midsummer in this beautiful, traditional cabin. It is super spacious, fitting many family members, with the bathroom conveniently in its own cabin ensuring no one gets disturbed by nighttime toilet visits. We had access to a boat, canoe and caught both a pike and a big perch which we were able to put on the BBQ. The only thing we could have wished for was fewer midges in the evening, regular mosquito repellant isn't very effective so make sure you bring good midge protection. We will definitely be back!
