We had a great time staying at Claudia’s place! It has everything we needed for a short term stay, and was conveniently located close to the old town/ beach/ grocery stores/ cafes. Claudia was an excellent host, she was very friendly and helped us book a taxi to the airport.

Filippos was a great host, always very friendly and helpful. The house was exactly as expected from the description and photos. It’s in a great location, perfect for exploring the town and local beaches. The terrace really is fantastic!

Beautiful traditional house beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Quiet location up the hill, away from the noise of the port but a close and scenic walk to beach and cafes. Comfortable bed. Great kitchen and shower. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

This home was so beautiful! It was a perfect size for our family of 8 (4 adults, 4 children). The views could not be better. The pools were great, we spent a lot of time in them. The beach is a short walk. There is a restaurant down the road we ate at multiple times with fresh fish daily, or you can drive a short 25 minutes into town for many restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts were very responsive, house was very clean, comfortable beds. Overall an amazing stay and we would highly recommend!

Our stay was magical. Authentic tower. Traditional Ikaria. Thats what made it. Dont expect 5 star south of France but 5 star in so many other ways - peaceful quiet and so romantic. Star gazing into the night. Eating at the harbour late and sleeping in clean air with shutters blowing in the wind. A must for off the beaten track close to mountains sea and sky. The moon was special. Rustic charm we loved it.

Logement impeccable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis la petite terrasse. La baie de Merika est située juste en bas de la résidence, on peut profiter facilement de la plage et de la mer en toute tranquilité. Le centre de Skala est situé à 15 minutes à pieds. Il y a une très bonne boulangerie à 5 minutes à pied du logement et un petit supermarché ainsi qu'un vendeur de fruits et légumes à peu près à la même distance de marche. Logement idéalement situé pour profiter de l'effervescence de Skala (magasins et restaurants) tout en pouvant être au calme. Communication avec Alexandra et Inger très facile! Je recommande!

Very nice place, nicely secluded yet right next to the center of Chalandri which is packed with bars and restaurants. Also close to bus routes to the city center. Our host was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. The rooms were very nice and clean and everything was as expected or better. It's a little weird that you cannot put toilet paper in the toilet but apparently that is quite normal in that area of town.

The home is amazing. Totally remodeled and very chic. Close to restaurants, great shopping and night life. The pedestrian street the home is on looks a little sketchy, but I think it is fine and we felt safe once we got settled. This is definitely the best looking place in the area. The mistake we made was renting a car. Parking is very limited and difficult in the area. And you really don’t need a vehicle. Catch a taxi, uber or take a tour. There are plenty of transportation options available without the hassle of trying to find safe, legal parking for a rental car. We would definitely stay here again. It’s truly beautiful!

Our family of four absolutely loved our 4 night stay. The location is sensational. Amazing views, a beautiful little beach and a short drive into Gavrio. Fellos beach is lovely and close by too. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Thanks Costa!

We stayed at Athens Attica as three families, 11 people in total, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. It was spacious, comfortable, and never felt crowded. The location was peaceful and very private, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Athens. We especially loved the roof deck, a brilliant spot for morning coffee or evening conversations with a view. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for a large group. Our hosts, Maria and Manolis, were incredibly friendly and generous. Manolis even brought us a bowl of fresh fruit and berries from the garden, along with eggs from the chickens that morning. These personal touches made our stay feel extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Hem doğayla iç içe, hem oldukça temiz ve denize çok yakın, ovabükü ve hayıtbükünün birleşiminde Aykut Bey’in de güzel misafirperverliği ile muhteşem birkaç gün geçirdik. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmeyi isteriz.

Wir würden auch 6 Sterne geben, wenn es möglich wäre... Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Stefans Häuschen. Die 4 Terrassen laden zum Entspannen ein und bieten den perfekten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und die Küche ist super ausgestattet, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Stefans selbst gestalteter Reiseführer hat tolle Insidertipps parat und er selbst steht einem auch jederzeit per Mail bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für alles! ♡

You must book this place! What an amazing place to stay in the Old Town. Our host Christos was very helpful. The apartment was exactly as listed with a few extras (wine, fruit, snacks) that we loved. The apartment is very spacious. Everything is walkable from the apartment. Finding parking outside the Old Town was a bit problematic. Some days we had to park about 1km away. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. 10 out of 10 from us!

Σίγουρα το κατάλυμα αποτελεί καταφύγιο από την πίεση της πόλης και τη φασαρία. Το πρώτο πράγμα που νιώσαμε όταν φτάσαμε ήταν ξεγνοιασιά και ελευθερία, τόσο από αυτό που αποπνέει το οίκημα, όσο και από τη θέα και το περιβάλλον. Το κατάλυμα είναι μια παραδοσιακή οικία στους πρόποδες ενός λόφου, χωρίς να του λείπει απολύτως τίποτα. Γι’ αυτό έχουν φροντίσει οι οικοδεσπότες, αφού εκτός από τον πλήρη εφοδιασμό του καταλύματος με τον εξοπλισμό που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος κατά τη διαμονή του, παρέχουν και κάποια είδη και τρόφιμα που κάνουν την άφιξη πιο ευχάριστη. Ο δρόμος για να καταλήξεις στο σπίτι είναι χωματόδρομος, που ενώ αρχικά μπορεί να σε αποθαρρύνει, είναι προσβάσιμος με τα περισσότερα αυτοκίνητα και εν τελεί ο προορισμός σε ανταμείβει. Ίσως θα μπορούσαν οι ιδιοκτήτες τις περιοχής να φροντίσουν για την καλύτερη επίστρωσή του. Τέλος, θα επιστρέφαμε για παραπάνω ημέρες, καθώς οι ρυθμοί και η αύρα που σου βγάζει το κατάλυμα είναι απαραίτητα στοιχεία χαλάρωσης μυαλού και σώματος.

This house is in a beautiful location - set amongst the pretty little streets of Splantzia. It is a few minutes walk to the harbour and to the many restaurants in the old town. Within a hundred metres or so is a lovely square with shady bars - one of which serves amazing meze (there were foodie walking tour groups coming the Kafenieo Fix to sample to food). There is a Saturday fruit and veg market in the next street where I bought oranges and made juice for breakfast. The house is great. The main room has a very comfortable bed, there is a good sized bathroom, and a lovely garden with lemon tree and scented plants. It is easy to prepare a full meal if you want - the kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, full oven and lots of pots and pans and utensils. These is full aircon in both bedrooms and the main downstairs room. I would definitely recommend this house where you can feel part of the local community while still being very close to all tourist stuff.

Maria was so sweet and hospitable, this was the third leg of my Greece trip and she defined Greek hospitality. She connected with me ahead of the trips always proactive, and had the loveliest bread, lemonade, and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. This villa is beautifully built and has pristine craftsmanship, however, it is in a remote location so you do need a car or taxi connection. We ended up not getting a rental car so we had a relationship with a taxi driver, but we ended up switching to one that Maria recommended because he was familiar with the villa and reliable. The home is stunning and looks exactly as pictured. Thank you Maria.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολλή ευχάριστη. Η μεζονέτα πεντακάθαρη με νησιώτικη και λιτή διακόσμηση. Εκτιμήθηκε το γεγονός ότι υπήρχαν εμφιαλωμένα νερά, καφές και φρούτα για το καλωσόρισμα! Η κρεβατοκάμαρα ήταν άνετη. Στην κουζίνα υπήρχαν τα πάντα! Αν και σε κάποιους θα μπορούσε να ξενίσει... εμάς μας άρεσε το ότι η ντουζιέρα δεν είχε ούτε τζάμια (άλατα + μούχλα κλπ) ούτε κουρτίνα (να κολλάει στο σώμα σου) ενώ έχοντας σωστή ρύση στο πάτωμα δεν υπήρχε κίνδυνος πλημμύρας, παρά μόνο μια αίσθηση άνεσης! Επίσης υπήρχε και ένας όμορφος κήπος/αυλή με 2 άνετα διθέσια καναπεδάκια και τραπέζια όπου απολαμβάναμε τον πρωινό μας καφέ, ικανοποιώντας σίγουρα ένα ζευγάρι με παιδάκι ή ένα ζευγάρι με κατοικίδιο όπως είχαμε εμείς. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τους οικοδεσπότες

Nous sommes restés un mois et nous avons ADORÉ notre séjour. Le logement est confortable et magnifiquement décoré. Les tableaux, les meubles, les plantes...tout est choisi avec soin. Il est bien situé, loin de la foule, tout en étant super accessible. Il y a le marché en bas de la maison tous les mercredis 🍑🫜🍆 Margarita est extra, accueillante, flexible et chaleureuse. Je ne peux que vous reocmmander d'y séjourner. Vous vivrez dans un décor de cinéma au coeur d'Athènes.
