It is located in the hamlet of Pianoconte, in the countryside in a quiet setting 5 km from the historic center (therefore a vehicle is necessary to get around), with a parking space for a car and motorcycle and the possibility of using the garden and terrace on the ground floor. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, icecream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

Next to it is the Museum of Oil and Rural Life: over 80 ancient jars and tools of daily life from centuries past. In our olive grove, 10 minutes from the house, are the ruins of the ancient Byzantine monastery of San Pietro di Deca and the adjacent archaeological area.
