Perfect location, view, and communication.

If you are a large group (we were seven), then Tomi's place will suit you very well. The house is a little way out of the city (about a 30 minute walk) but it's easy enough to get a bus nearby or hail a cab (which are cheap). The house can be a little tricky to find, as it is located on a side street off of the main part of Parishka. We had a couple of taxi drivers that struggled to find it! The house itself is huge and, for the most part, very comfortable. The kitchen, however, is relatively small and I think it's fair to say you would struggle to cook for a large group in it. The configuration of some of the bedrooms is a bit random and I think a little attention needs to be paid to the lighting and bedding in some cases. Within the vicinity of the house are several good restaurants and a large supermarket is a ten minute walk away. Despite one or two reservations, I would wholeheartedly recommend this as a place to stay. Tomi is great and Skopje is a wonder!

The apartment was spotless and we'll equipped. It was well situated for access to restaurants and shopping. Ivan was very helpful and checked in regularly to see everything was satisfactory.

A cozy apartment for a weekend getaway, perfect for those looking to escape the city center. Dina was an excellent host. The location isn't 100% accurate; the apartment is actually located at Sava Kovačević 21-A, not Sava Kovačević 21 as it is mentioned in the ad; which is cca 3 km further than stated in the listing. So, when using Google Maps, it’s best to search for “Apartment Dina.” According to Google, it’s on Petar Mazev Street, but in reality, the address is Sava Kovačević 21-A. But that’s not the host’s fault; it’s due to the chaotic street system in the city of Skopje. This isn’t a major issue for those with a car, but if you’re not driving, you’ll have more walking to do, and the bus lines to the city center are not very frequent.

Excellent, responsive and caring hosts. Amazing location and a great, homely atmosphere. Big yard, a couple of dumbbells and a jump rope. Everything you would ever want in a place to stat.

We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. She and her husband were very helpful to us with everything. Her husband gave us advice on everything we needed, especially both about the house and in the city, and she made sure that we could see different countries. The house was very warm. The rooms were very comfortable. The environment was very calm and we never interacted with people. It took 20 minutes by walking to the center and we never had to take the bus, we always walked for sightseeing.

Quiet neighborhood with detached houses. It is 8/10 minutes by car to the center. Hot water and room temperature was very good. You can enter without shoes inside. We are very satisfied.

Wonderful villa on the mountain side, approx 20-25 min drive from city center. The villa itself was too big for us, as it could easily have fit 2 families at least. Marija is very friendly and her hospitality was top notch. The gym was much appreciated by our family and we used it every single day, same with the pool. The pool temperature was not too warm so do not expect a warm pool, but we enjoyed it as the weather was mostly sunny and 20 degree so we could warm up outside the pool . The place is recommended, especially if you don't mind living a bit outside the city center. You should definitely have a car when you rent this place.

Zlatko was the ideal host, fast and clear communication. A really clean house and everything looked like in the pictures! The pool was fantastic and we were showed how to use the robot to clean the pool. The location is perfect, located Just outside of skopje and in a really calm and nice neighbourhood, stores are 5 minutes by car. 5 stars

We had a great time here with our group of 8 friends! Cosy and spacious home, beautiful garden with view on the mountains, nice pool. Great communication also!!! It was a bit difficult to find but furthermore it was perfect.

A great apartment with an amazing balcony view! Very clean and tidy. Parking was an issue but we just spoke to locals or shop owners and they were all willing to help move their cars.

In the beginning during check in things weren’t going great. Drying rack broke within seconds, the washing machine was acting weird (leaving water) and there were no cleaning materials for long term stays. Jovan fixed all issues within 2/3 days. He also provided me with a heater. So I can’t complain much because I was helped quickly. He also checked in with me after some time, asking if I needed help.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed. The place was tastefully decorated and the closed in balcony was the perfect place to unwind after a long day! I liked that there was a washing machine and a large drying rack. We two small kids that’s always necessary! The views from the apartment are also fantastic!

Wonderful apt just as described. Elena arranged for our airport pickup and met us at her lovely apt. The apt is modern with all the amenities. The location is simple SUPERB, everything to include sightseeing is within walking distance. Elena is also very response to any questions. Helpful Hint; Elena's contact with a local transportation/taxi outfit was invaluable and saved us time and money.

This is a great place to stay. I worked remote and the desk was awesome for that. Fast wifi for video calls too. Very comfortable apartment that had everything I needed for a 2 week stay. Good location, pretty close to things. Great responsive host too. I highly recommend it!

Sofija's apartment was really perfect. Beautiful, matching exactly what's on the photos, spotless and perfectly located. You are around 20/25 minutes by foot from the center but there is plenty to do around the apartment. The street is lively, with plenty of bars and cafés yet the apartment is really quite and calm. I had a great time.

I absolutely loved this apartment! Looks just like the photos and even better. The balcony is an oasis in the summer, with sun in the mornings and just perfect to relax in the afternoons. You can hear the birds sing and it's so green and peaceful 🥰 Mihaela is an amazing host. Very friendly and always ready to help. She's equipped the apartment with anything you might need and puts a lot of thought and effort into ensuring her guests have a great stay. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat, my only regret is that I didn't stay longer!

It is a good place for the person who is not staying long and will use the bus station and also great location to be a but away from the city center crowd but İts walkable max 10 mins it was clean and great view thanks to Tio that he helped us a lot and gave us great recommendations. Overall its 9/10 for me.
