Toulas Apartments

The apartment is located in the center of Nydri and is only 20m away from the beach. There are numerous restaurants, coffeehouses and supermarkets in walking distance. The apartment is really quiet and full of light. Next to it you have a terrace with a big table and chairs. Note that you need to get outside of the apartment to get to the terrace, however it is only for you even if it is next to another apartment. The bus station for the town bus is also very close (about 1 minute by foot).

Το ισόγειο που παραχωρείται στους επισκέπτες είναι ένα αυτόνομο σπίτι 110 τ.μ με ξεχωριστή είσοδο και βρίσκεται εντός ενός οικοπέδου 700 τ.μ, 70 μέτρα από την παραλία , με γαλαζοπράσινα κρυστάλλινα νερά και δέντρα για σκιά . A studio apartment with a view of the Ionian Sea, just 2 km from the historic centre of Preveza. The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.
