Enjoy spectacular views in this newly built house! 180˚sea view & 180˚mountain view (volcano mountains Lagoa do Fogo & Sete Cidades and the natural reserve Pinhal da Paz) We are renting our own modern spacious home while on vacation. It's set on a land of 7000m2, surrounded only by fields. Yet located very central on the island. 1km to golf course & supermarket, 10min drive to beach, 15min to airport & Ponta Delgada . An option for those who want to explore the main attractions of the western part of the island, but wish to stay in a place off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A CAT living in the cottage, she's an INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAT. If you don't like cats or are allergic to them, the cottage is not a suitable option for you.

We're making constant improvements and we are remodeling all the surrounding space of the house to provide better contact with nature and plants.
