A perfect place to stay in a gorgeous setting and so peaceful

We loved staying at this cosy flat- only a stones throw away from the beach which was perfect for us. The flat had everything we needed and an added extra of the hot tub on the patio outside. The host had left a bottle of fizz and some treats for us which was a wonderful gesture. The town is small, quaint and lovely for a peaceful couple of days by the sea. Booking and communication at short notice was very good and locating the property and check in was easy. The allocated parking bay is clearly marked and close to the entry door - the high street and Ffestiniog Railway Station a two-minute drive away. Once inside, I found a light, clean, comfortable and attractive interior with good quality furnishings. Comfortable double bed and peaceful at night. Lounge with large comfy settee next to patio doors with a great view of the harbour. Good sized TV and reliable Wi-Fi. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening sunshine. Open plan kitchen next to lounge is well equipped. Three supermarkets locally or lots of restaurants if you don’t want to cook. From here I visited some great locations including Anglesey, beaches on Llyn Peninsula, Snowdon Railway, Ffestiniog Railway, Portmeirion, Barmouth and Porthmadog itself. I had a great time at this accommodation, a perfect base for exploring Snowdonia and I would happily stay here again.

We had a great break at Ffion’s property - beautifully furnished with all we could need, in a stunning area of the country - would definitely recommend & hope for a return visit sometime in the future.

Imogen’s property was clean and tidy and spacious for 2 people. It was a good base for exploring the area and there is plenty to do.

Sarah was a great host, emailing information at the time of booking and following up a day before and on the day of booking. lots of helpfull information left at the flat, for local amenities and places to visit . Sarah is a great host

First class accommodation in a lovely tranquil village with the local pub offering a warm and friendly welcome with excellent food. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment, its a great base for exploring this beautiful part of Wales. Maria is a super Host in every way, thoughtful and kind, thank you so much for taking such good care of us.

What a fabulous property! Huge, tastefully decorated rooms, a kitchen that had every gadget and facilities you could possibly need. But by far the greatest attraction was the amazing views and (slightly cloudy, as it had rained) sunset. A fabulous covered terrace was the icing on the cake. Bedrooms were sumptuous and the free parking with just a short walk to town an added Bonus. Hayden was a great host and we got to meet Dave his resident owl. A perfect short break, we'll be back!

Just returned from a magical two-night stay at Linda's stunning seaside cottage in Wales — an absolute gem! Nestled right on the beach with direct front-door access to the coastal path, it was the perfect blend of nature and comfort. The highlight? Relaxing in the lush, private garden, serenaded by blackbirds and the gentle rhythm of the ocean. The peaceful atmosphere, the beauty of the Welsh language echoing all around, and the sheer tranquility made it unforgettable. Highly recommend this special place — we’ll definitely be returning!

My friend and I had a lovely weekend in the cottage. Everything was super clean, comfy beds and great facilities. Not far to travel to aberfalls, zip world and great coastal walks. Very peaceful and private, great for a relaxed and wholesome getaway

Can't thank Katrina enough for opening up her little cottage for getaways. Everything was beautiful and spotless and check in and out so simple. The hottub was a well needed luxury after walking around the Welsh countryside. Cannot fault the cottage one bit and will be sure to return in the future!

We had a fantastic relaxing stay at Wendy’s place. Amazing views, beautiful and comfortable house extremely well equipped and designed. Lots to do exploring the area and beyond and always lovely to come back and enjoy the views particularly from the upstairs lounge. We’d love to come back again.

This air bnb is absolutely stunning, the photos don’t do it justice! We instantly fell in love with how beautiful this house is and could have stayed forever! The house was spotless, the area was peaceful, with lots of local walks and adventures to be had! This was the perfect stay for my husband and I for our honeymoon (along with our two dogs who also loved it!)

Gorgeous, cosy cottage with stunning views of the coast and Anglesey. We felt right at home the minute we walked in the door. Large well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and luxurious bath! The hot tub was an added bonus which the whole family enjoyed. Fantastic communication and recommendations from James. We wholeheartedly recommend and very much look forward to going back!

Absolutely perfect stay during a race weekend at Anglesey circuit. Stayed as a family of four with two young kids. It had everything we needed and really felt like a home from home. Dave’s communication was spot on, thank you!

Had a lovely stay overnight for a wedding at Tower Hill Barns. Was a perfect location only a five minute walk away! David’s instructions to find the air bnb were really helpful and detailed which make it an easy find and smooth check in! It was also a lovely gesture to leave welshcakes and milk in the fridge. Would definitely stay again if back in the area, cosy & homely 😊

We went to Ann's place for few nights. It was a lovely stay. the weather was perfect, so we got some wonderful walks around the area. Ann left us a breakfast kit which came in handy as we forgot our breakfast bits a very nice touch. It was a very comfortable place to stay and we cooked all our meals here so everything we needed was here. Ann gave us lots of places where we could do some nice walks and was very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back again. Thank you for having us.

Chris was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure we felt settled and suggested a range of things to do and places to eat. The studio itself was well equipped and in a fantastic location, with beautiful walks from the door. We will definitely be back!

Small but perfectly formed! So much packed into the space - everything I needed was there ❤️and the Welsh cakes were much appreciated. I’ll certainly use it as a base in Llangollen again. And the tip about long term parking at the Co-op was a good one (I used the Just Park app). Thank you Rosemary

We had a lovely chilled weekend here after a busy family holiday to break up a long journey home. The Nook was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Bedding for the cot was provided along with a high chair. The patio area is very private and nice to sit in the sunshine. We have an EV so an added bonus to start the journey home with a full charge - worry and hassle free!

Lovely little studio within walking distance of the village. We got a nice Thai takeaway . Comfy bed and cozy sitting area. Everything was spotlessly clean. The studio is a 15/20 minute drive from so many places and excellent value for money. Paula got back to us super quickly as we were running late on the day of arrival. We would stay again if wanting to visit Harlech or Portmerrion. Thanks Paula

I can't say enough about this stay. Yes, it was exactly as described, beautiful and overlooking the water. Yes, the location was perfect and walkable to everything. But what really stood out was the unbelievable responsiveness and kindness of the host, Nia. When due to my own failings I couldn't figure out the lock box, one message and they were down to help me in and even carry my luggage up within 10 minutes. When I had a confusion about dates, again through my own scattered brain, they were incredibly kind and helpful. In the system where so many airbnb's are more of a corporate and business nature, it was wonderful to have the personal touch. If I ever need an Airbnb in Aber again, this is the only one for me. I wish I could give it more than five stars.

Lovely stay,lovely spot. Apartment well presented. Everything that you may need for a short stay was available. Plenty of towels, plenty of space. Parking not a problem and close to the promenade and coastal path. Town centre just minutes walk.
