OM103 Cozy one-bedroom apartment first floor

Om is a unique experience. A real feeling of home, relaxation and aesthetics. Our design approach at om is a combination of all the feelings and sensations that come from the word home, while uniting architectural elements of a vacation. We chose a minimalist design with natural materials such as solid wood and linen, traditional techniques and forms accepted in Greek architecture, combined with a calm color palette and natural textures that will turn the space into a pleasant and homely place.

Afytos Dina 1

A convenient room at the first floor of the house with a/c and TV. The room includes a small kitchen and private bathroom. You can use the coutyard of the house. It's located in about 150 meters of the central square of the traditional village of Afytos, where you can visit the Folklore Museum and taste traditional recipes of our culture. You can reach the beach on foot, following the path or with your vehicle through the village.

Panoramic sea view beach house

The spectacular sea view of the house is the best part of it. There is a big balcony in front of the house and one at the side of the house, where you can rest and relax under the olives trees and enjoy the sea view. The place is a traditional & picturesque village house in a quiet area that is near the sea, beach bars & restaurants. It is located 5 minutes walk on foot from the center of the village and 2 minutes from the sea.

Καλώς ήρθατε σε έναν παράδεισο ηρεμίας και ομορφιάς! Αυτή η φανταστική μεζονέτα στο γραφικό χωριό της Αφύτου, στην καρδιά της Χαλκιδικης, προσφέρει 90 τ.μ. άνεσης και στιλ. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες, φίλους και συνταξιδιώτες. Βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο ενός συγκροτήματος διαμερισμάτων σε έναν ήσυχο δρόμο, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Αφύτου. Μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν έως έξι άτομα και ένα μωρό, με παροχή δωρεάν παρκοκρέβατου.

Από το μεγάλο παράθυρο του σαλονιού και από την άνετη βεράντα μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τη Χερσόνησο της Σιθωνίας και τα κρυστάλλινα νερά του Τορωναίου Κόλπου με το νησάκι Κέλυφος, ενώ από το άλλο μπαλκόνι μπορείτε να δείτε το παραδοσιακό καφέ-μπαρ Κουτσόμυλος στο κέντρο του χωριού.

Το S&C Medusa Seaview Apartment διαθέτει κλιματισμό, τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, κουζίνα και μπαλκόνι με θέα τον Τορωναίο κόλπο. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στην γραφική Άθυτο στην περιοχή "Βράχος" και απέχει μόλις 100μ από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού και 300μ περίπου απο την παραλία. Το πλησιέστερο αεροδρόμιο ειναι το "Αεροδρόμιο Μακεδονία" στην Θεσσαλονίκη το οποίο απέχει περίπου 80χλμ.
