Beautiful apartment. Perfect for a 2-person staycation. Located in a nice area and easy access to a lot of good places. Special shoutout to Athiram who helped with housekeeping. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

Overall the experience was great. It was two of us girls travelling but we felt very comfortable and safe. The staff gave us space throughout and only checked in if anything was required. Very respectful and friendly people. Would recommend to others as well.

The stay is amazing!

Well, the AC didn’t work properly , despite that I have given 5 stars because of the host. Akanksha is very responsive and sensitive towards the people she is going to host. Overall, the BNB is in a great location and matches the pictures.

One of the coolest places in arambol to stay in. Spacious and comfortable interiors. Ricardo provided clear instructions and recommended great spots. Overall great experience.

A cute and cosy space. Compact and had everything required. The only thing that could have been better was a bigger geyser, but all amenities provided as mentioned. A few hiccups in the beginning were quickly solved and we had a peaceful stay.

The best decision to stay here. Noor at the property was extremely helpful and courteous and made sure my stay was super comfortable and safe. The apartment is loaded with every possible amenity to make your stay not just comfortable but truly relaxing. Everything that you possibly need is made available. And even the toiletries, soaps and cleansers were top class. Would highly recommend a solo traveler or group needing a comfortable place with all essentials - this place is a home away from home. When i short listed this property , there were some odd reviews . Trust me , with all respect to others who have posted these reviews, there was absolutely no issues at all. had supported in slightly early check-in as we were driving down from bangalore . His staff welcomed us with a smooth check in and showed us all facilities with instructions. Place was very cozy with comfortable furniture and good kitchen with enough utensils. We cooked 2 days with out any hassles . Ofcourse there were one tile broken in the living and bathroom and a stand broken in bathroom which will no way hamper ur holiday stay . Nice balcony with pool facing and we loved our coffee there .over all my whole family loved it. There were lot of options in airbnb, but we r so happy that we finalised on this property 😀

Tanay was extremely helpful with clear instructions to the place. He even accomodated for our chaotic schedule by allowing a late check-in and check-out. He was very responsive to our messages as well. The place is welcoming and well kept. We had a very comfortable stay.

This is my second time staying at this place and i cannot get enough! Its a truly a hidden gem. The view from the balcony is so good, the sunrise is the best! This airbnb is tucked away admist greenery which feels very nice and peaceful. The location is amazing, very close to Siolim, Mandrem, Arambol. All the amenities are present for a really comfortable stay. Thankyou Nitish and Kennedy for hosting me and making this experience a memorable one. Highly recommend this airbnb to everyone.

My stay at Jen's place was amazing. the flat has all the appliances listed and more. It actyslly looks better in real than in the pictures - it's clean, spacious, bright and airy, plus big balcony with the view on the pools. Both, check-in and check-out, went quickly & smoothly, security guys at the gate are friendly and welcoming. The apartments are located off the main road, so it's peaceful and quiet around, but all you need is 5min walk and you're back to vibrant surrounding full of bars, restaurants etc. Beach is 10-15 min walk away. There are also ATM nearby (always useful) and taxi stand in case if you wanna get somewhere farther. But most importantly - Jen is a star! we kept in touch during my stay, she is friendly, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions, her English is top-notch, so the communications was brilliant, and there was never any issues. I highly highly recommend! 👍🙂
