Beachfront holiday rental in Agdangan

We have been well taken care of from the moment we arrived (they picked us up after we got out the bus) to our departure (they also went with us there). They have supplied us anything we requiered for cooking outside, shared some homade turon, cracked open coconuts, etc. We had a lot of fun renting the karaoke and swimming in the ocean. We made friends with the black duck there. I highly recommend this place.

The place is indeed a rare gem. Very cozy and beautiful. They even provided amenities that we can only experience in hotels. My family enjoyed the pool. As to our suite, we experienced the best view of sunrise. The water in the ocean is also clear, nakakamiss agad.. Best to bring aqua shoes! Ms Dana, her family, and the staff are so remarkeable. The host is very responsive, she made sure that our needs were attended. Thanks again Ms. Dana and family, for sharing your place!

I had a great time here. Meals were awesome! Staff are very nice and helpful. Gemma was nice and always checked on us at every meal. I highly recommend this place, especially if you want peace and quiet. FYI parking is tight. 2 thumbs up!

Casa Amara is a scenic place. Both of our rooms have a great view of the sea. The food is great and you won't surely go hungry after each meal. Plus the staff is very accommodating and kind. Tip for future travelers, bring chips and snacks of your preference, they have a snack corner but I think it's more sulit if you bring your own. Also, the off road ride going Casa Amara was a bumpy one better to bring an SUV. But the whole experience with my friends was a smooth and great one, even it was a weekend and other guests had checked in, it felt like we had the whole place & beach by ourselves.

Rooms are squeaky clean. The employees are very warm and friendly. They have a huge serving of plated meals - super busog! The pool is quite small so I suggest that you book during weekdays. The beach is quite a walk, around 8-10 minutes. Globe and Smart connection is terrible, but its also a great time to disconnect from work or social media. Love the place! Had a relaxing and fun stay at this place! the way to and from the place is challenging but, it was all worth it because the beach is really clean and we get to see breathtaking underwater view thanks to the provided kayaks and snorkeling gears in the place 😊 as for the house, everything you need is already there and much more.. special thanks to Ms. Frances who's been so accommodating of our queries and for providing us clear instructions and reminders 🙏🏼 would love to go back!

Great communication from the host. Answered all our queries in a timely manner. It made it so much easier to plan our trip. Great communication with their caretaker as well. We had no issues with early check in and any and all needs while we were there. Kawayan itself, and the property it sits on, is a piece of heaven. If I were any fitter, I’d have no complaints, but since I’m not in shape, the short descent to the beach is a test. 😂 You have to earn the right to all that lovely seclusion. The fishermen dock here and they sometimes sell their catch. Nothing like fresh inihaw and tinolang isda by the ocean. Also, since it is summer, it happens to be jellyfish season. They usually come in the late afternoon. But the waters are so clear and so calm, you see them coming. Educational for my daughters, who have never really observed jellyfish. We will be returning. Bonus tip: Establish early communication with Maritess. She is an awesome cook and can help you source anything!

The entire weekend was with in budget for the privacy of the place. We had all of the beach to ourselves, besides some day trippers at the cave at one end. The walk from the house to the beach is pleasant. For some reason I imagined we would deal with other holiday makers, but there was no one around - the house is isolated, the walking track and the beach also. The caretakers offered help where required and also did the bonfire on the final night. What an amazing trip. We will be back again and again. We have found an Airbnb gem.

In a country with many beach side kubos/huts/native housing its hard to stand out. But here their hospitality and friendless set them apart! if you want a true authentic beach experience near Batangas in the beautiful area of Sariaya then this listing will meet and exceed your needs.

Great accomodation, sulit for its price. Not that squeaky clean some areas need some cleaning, maybe because of the confusion with the booking dates. Great view of the fish pond. We used all the utilities available, the tree house, karaoke, swimming pool, basketball ring. There are areas which are very cute for photos like the stairs. 2 mins walk to the beach. The beach is okay, great for swimming but do bot expect too much. We did have fun during the high tides because of the waves, just make sure to wear aqua shoes or any slipper because there are lots of glass. Overall, we had a great stay. Will recommend this if you really want a sulit and addordable family vacation. 10k for 25 pax, the Villa can accomodate even 35pax. Thank you.

Everything is in the description. Very good host. Just ask because they are responsive. The rooms are what I like the most, fully air conditioned. The dining area has a view of the sea and it’s windy and relaxing. Black sand beach. There are areas in the sea where the rocks/seashells are sharp so better bring aqua shoes, tho we didn’t but still enjoyed it. We enjoyed it!

Excellent Private Resort for a Relaxing Getaway We had a wonderful stay at this beach resort! The place is peaceful, clean, and perfect for a private getaway. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Although we were looking forward to water activities like jet skiing, the Jetski was unfortunately unavailable during our visit. However, that didn’t take away from the relaxing experience. The internet was a bit unstable, but in a way, it helped our family disconnect from our phones and spend quality time together. One thing to note is that there are no restaurants nearby, so it’s best to bring your own food. There is a small sari-sari store where you can get basic supplies, but if you prefer cooked meals, you’ll need to prepare them yourself. Ms. Karen was very responsive and accommodating with our requests, which we truly appreciated. Our overnight stay wasn’t enough we’ll definitely be back for a longer visit next time! We had a previous Airbnb booking that was cancelled by the host at the last minute. Little did we know that it was somewhat a blessing in disguise as we discovered this gem not far from Manila! The photos posted on the listing are accurate. The on-site staff are helpful and proactive. We were greeted by co-host Dennice and got us up to speed with the accommodation details. We will definitely book again and I’d recommend to other people to consider and shortlist this listing.
